Caesar Hotel

Miellyttävä palvelu, palvelualtis mutta ei tuputtava; omansa tyylinen ja siisti hotelli: kiitettävä aamiaisbuffet; underground-asemat lyhyet kävelymatkan päässä.

Vaikka huoneen oli tarkoitus olla perusvarusteltua parempi, siihen ei kuulunut mm, minibaaria/jääkaappia tai parveketta; musiikkikanavia ei löytynyt tv:n ilmaistarjonnasta, pari radiokanavaa sai käyttöön ilman lisämaksua; maksullinen internet-yhteys jää helposti ottamatta käyttöön.

Kaikki toimii oikein hyvin ja palvelu on ystävällistä. Tämä oli kolmas kerta hotellissaTiloja on kunnostettu myönteiseen suuntaan viime vuosien aikana. Itse asiass kiva kokonaisuus: vanhassa brittiläisessä rakennuksessa moderni design-sisustus ja espanjalainen palvelukonsepti.

Aamiainen voisi kuulua hintaan. De lux-huoneessa ei ollut minibaaria. Tämä kummastutti, koska joisin mielelläni viileää vettä..

Hotelli oli siisti. Sijainti Lontoossa oli hyvä, koska metroasematmat ja bussipysäkit olivat lähellä. Aamupalan Buffetaamiainen oli runsas ja palvelu aamupalalla oli hyvää. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta.Vuotava

Fantastic customer service and quite classy stylish hotel.

Room despite being executive was very small - not a lot you can do about it but would put me off staying other than on business.

Well designed and classy. Quiet, clean, friendly. Excellent location.

Very quiet area but close to Paddington station and Kensington Gardens. Comfy bed and the room was good with enough space to sit and work or relax as well as sleep. Everything worked just as it should - shower, large towels, hairdryer etc. I did not use the restaurant as I had already eaten.

The room was fine but the corridor smelt a bit musty as no windows.

The location was perfect just a short walk from the tube, the room was clean, the breakfast was really good and the hotel staff speak many languages was really nice

I couldn't believe the room size.. the family room is a small double room with an extra bed it's unbelievable... if you have many luggage or a big suitcase it's going to be impossible to stay in the room...

There was no problem leaving my bags at the hotel before check in and after check out. The staff were pleasant enough although their English was basic. The restuarnt looked nice but I chose not to eat there because I was disappointed with the room.

After having spent 2 evenings researching hotels in the area I chose the Ceaser based on the pictures on the internet which showed stylish rooms with exposed brickwork and modern furniture. The room we actually got was in the basement, was very basic and not particularly clean. The view from the window was of scafolding and into the window of the room opposite. When I mentioned this to the reception staff they said the pictures on the internet were "confusing".

Extremely helpful and efficient staff and service. I like this hotel because it is modern, fresh and comfortable. The food is good and the beds are comfortable. Also a very good location being central and opposite the park.

Excellent location, superb breakfast. Opening windows, which is a huge plus. The cleaning and catering staff were really good.

I found bed and pillow most uncomfortable, and a lot of the front desk staff unhelpful. I asked for a taxi to take me to the station and the driver tried to charge me 3 times the fare, so I am suspicious of collusion between staff and taxi

This hotel is located near Hyde Park. We were close to bus routes and the underground. There was a shopping area and restaurants within a very short walking distance. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to visit and see the sights of London.

The room we were given was very small but after the first night they moved us to a slightly larger one at no extra cost. This made a big difference.
