The staff were excellent- nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above for us on a number of occasions. Bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows and good quality linens. Towels were plush too. The restaurant was excellent and well priced for the quality of food produced. The confit duck was absolutely delicious, and the waiters were fantastic. The little touches of fresh red roses on the tables was beautiful and appreciated. Breakfast was also very good- the buffet is continental with plenty of options and plenty of fresh fruit. The location was fantastic- three tube stations all within 10 minute walks, and the beautiful Hyde Park just a few minutes walk. Being off the main road, it was very quiet too.

No negatives at all. We would stay here again in a heart-beat!

The bed was very comfortable indeed .

Issues with warmth of room . Radiator was not working .Also needed some hooks on back of bathroom door .

The rooms were clean, staff friendly, good lokation, breakfast ok.

The rooms were very small specially the three bedroom one. No ventilation in the bathroom, the room got damp.

Great location and close to mainline and tube stations. Very welcoming when I arrived and was clean.

My tv turned itself on at 7am. I was on there for a good sleep and lie in. I did not get this! I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. Not very helpful and no apology - very poor and very frustrating.

Staff was helpfull, the hotel was nice. Relatively cheep price for the room.

It was impossibe to sleep at nights, noo noisy. The hot water was never hot enough, was cold in the room first 3 days, and very hot the last 3 days. The hotel was not as close to the main places in London, as is indicated in the website.

Warm welcome from happy friendly staff, the interior decoration of bedrooms and public areas and, above all, the excellent breakfasts. I am so impressed, my partner and I have planned our winter weekend trip to Vienna and now plan to stay again at this hotel this December.

There are no negative comments to give.

the rooms where big for london we had a nice bathroom. The staff where verry friendly. The food in the restaurant was verry nice and good to look at.

we mist a fridge in the room. It would have been better if the breakfast was included in the room.

The room was a standardroom however I booked a superior room. It was very small and there was only one chair to sit in the doubleroom. No hanger, nothing to hang things, not in the bathroomwhich was very very small. We could not put or hang the wet towels NOWHERE. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly, under the bed it was dirty.

Quite rare that a hair dryer actually dries hair. Staff is very friendly. Always a spanish speaking person at the reception during our 4 nights stay. Beds are comfortable: strong and therefore good for ones back. Safe in the room was very easy to use (free of charge) and very useful

Our room (640) was located in the basement, so no view whatsoever. Last morning the warm water didnt work.

Great location, clean and friendly. it was perfect for our weekwnd trip to London, very convenient to the tube and bus services. Lots of great restaurants in the nearby area of Bayswater and Notting Hill. loved being so close to Hyde Park for fantastic walks. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends / family going on a city break to London.

Very small room for an exorbitant price. Misleading pictures on the internet. Executive room did not - as advertised - have a sitting area or a bath. The room was much smaller than expected and I could have had a better room at the premier in for less than half the price. The room was not particularly clean and the tv was small and poor quality. I will not be returning.

I had a fantastic stay, booked 2 rooms ( at a great price), both of which were upgraded at no request from me, rooms were a suitable size for single or double occupancy. Any requests responded to withing minutes! Staff went out of there way to be friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel like a returning guest! I will definitely be returning to the Caesar and would recommend it to anyone!

Location, service, cleanness.

The single room itself and the cloth cupboard were quite small. Otherwise the room was OK.

The hotel was located 5 minutes away from beautiful Hyde Park, with only a couple of minutes walk to the underground. The staff was friendly, helpful and available. The breakfast was excellent although a bit expensive.
