Luxury surroundigs and fantastic location. Very convenient. Room was supposed to be available from 2pm. However room was not even available when we arrived at 5.45pm. We had to wait over an hour further . It was 7.15pm before we could have our room. This was disgraceful and ruined our plans. |

The executive suite was very spacious and comfortable. The Room Service menu and valet/ pressing services are excellent. The light food/ tea time cakes served in the lobby are average and less tasty then the Rib Room and breakfast and room service. The executive suite should have a separate guest toilet/ sink. The closets are very small for such a big suite. |

Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. No i really enjoyed my stay and would come back any day. |

Excellent service, même le staff "housekeeping" était excellent et attentioné. Plusieurs passages dans la chambre en fin de journée pour "freshen up" et changer les linges si besoin... Très appréciable! Pas assez de choix au niveau des chaînes TV. |

très bel hotel, les chambre avec vu sur le square sont très confortables et la vue est superbe petit-déjeuner hors de prix par rapport aux autres 5 étoiles de Londres(Le Méridien..) en plus pas très copieux et un fois qu'on paie 35 livres pour le petit déjeuner, les oeufs bacon sont à regler en supplement pour environ 20 livres donc pour deux personne quasiment100 livres... ça reste trop cher pour le petit buffet et le choix limité.... |
