I asked for smoking room but during check in it was not available

I enjoyed my stay and the staff where excellent especially in the bar and dining room. I wish however that my bill was correct when I checked out as there was some confusion with regards to the price I paid for the room on the internet and the price I was charged on check out. I was fortunate that I was not in a rush to catch my train as it took a little while to sort out. If I was to stay again I would telephone in advance to check the rate, which I should not have to do really.

Staff very friendly and polite. Restaurant is good as well. Very comfortable bed, although the pillows aren't so comfortable. Great location.

Traffic noise at the front.

Incredibly helpful & polite staff running the hotel. We had small noise related problem on the evening we arrived. Imran made every effort to help us out, a very valuable staff member. As was the concierge, I can' remember his name but he was a tall Irish gentleman. Your hotel is very well organised and run with effortless pride.

location is great , deco and furniture were comfortable and relaxing , staff were very kind.

small enterance and small 2 elevators one of them were out of order for three days , elevators for every body including housekeeping .

I really like the staff, and our room was always clean. The food was good. And Julia helped us a lot. Thanks to her and everyone there, we had a plesant stay.

The location is great.

They charged us for 20% vat again & we only realised later that our BOOKING.com reservation included vat. Hence check your bill carefully.

Personal attention. The relatively small size of the hotel secures a good relation with the staff. The staff were always ready to assist and advice. Its location provides guest with easy access to main attractions in central London within walking distance.
