I like the location. I like our bedroom, especially the very comfortable bed and the nespresso coffee maker. Some of the front desk people are not very accommodating. |

excellent location, pleasant and helpful staff wish I'd booked at the partner hotel, where all the facilities are... it felt like we were staying in an 'overspill car park' for an event around the corner |

Central, convenient and quiet Confusion with the mini-bar as a charge is made even if one touches the item but doesn't consume it. That system needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency since I would have been overcharged £30 had I not checked the bill thoroughly. |

attention to detail from all staff, the whole hotel from rooms to reception was immaculate. the cost of a gin & tonic ,for example at £ 11.50 is very greedy, & £27.50 for english breakfast is way over the top. we will stay at the hotel again, but will take breakfast & drinks at the many bars & cafes in the vicinity. |

It was refurbished and everything was modern and clean The heating was not very good and we had to switch the heating although it was on 30 degrees |

I like the room but it was soo small,i request for twin beds but they didnt provide us even that I already informed them in my booking .the other jumairah is much near harrodes and harvey nichols. I didnt like that they where slow in service . |

Das Hotel war mir schon aus früheren Jahren bekannt und die Lage innerhalb Londons vertraut. Wir waren mit dem Zustand des Hauses und der Zimmer, der Professionalität des Personals und dem Angebot des Restaurants sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr teuer. |
