Comfort of the room and bathroom, location

-There was too much noise from the street: even though the reception staff immediately changed our room on the 2nd day to a room facing the back street, the windows were too thin to protect from the noise. Adding to this, there was too much noise from the bathroom: the engine was working so loud that we had always to close the door to sleep. -But the major problem was breakfast. It was unbelievably bad for a 5 star hotel. Very small buffet table for a continental breakfast. There was only pre-baked frozen bread and some croissants. The bread was not enough for everybody and the bread basket on the buffet table was never refilled, during the 5 days we have been there. It is not acceptable that every morning we had to be told that bread and toasts were over. There was no still or tap water to drink and, when asked, we were charged £3 for a small bottle plus £2.80 as a service rate just for bringing the water. It is not acceptable that a 5 star hotel is charging for water at breakfast. -Adding to this, the staff was rude, arrogant and disorganized, making breakfast a very unpleasant experience.

Well the hotel location was very good because our office is around the corner at West Halkin. The staff was friendly & the hotel clean. The hotel is close to the different shopping attractions but it is quite expensive comparing to the hotels we have in the uae & more luxerious for the price we get. It was a good experience anyway.

You feel embedded in high quality life-style. All facilities are high level.The staff really live the 5-star thinking both in the manner they talk to you, service yo and in their general approach.

Il personale della ristorazione era professionale e ci faceva sentire a proprio agio.

La camera non era silenziosa, si sentivano I rumori dal corridoio. Il personale alla ricezione non era capace a dare un accoglienza decente, come dovrebbe essere in un albergò di 5*.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Absolutely loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
