Il personale della ristorazione era professionale e ci faceva sentire a proprio agio. La camera non era silenziosa, si sentivano I rumori dal corridoio. Il personale alla ricezione non era capace a dare un accoglienza decente, come dovrebbe essere in un albergò di 5*.

Top hotel in a top location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Car parking is a problem and if left with the hotel is very expensive.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff where excellent especially in the bar and dining room. I wish however that my bill was correct when I checked out as there was some confusion with regards to the price I paid for the room on the internet and the price I was charged on check out. I was fortunate that I was not in a rush to catch my train as it took a little while to sort out. If I was to stay again I would telephone in advance to check the rate, which I should not have to do really.

Staff very friendly and polite. Restaurant is good as well. Very comfortable bed, although the pillows aren't so comfortable. Great location.

Incredibly helpful & polite staff running the hotel. We had small noise related problem on the evening we arrived. Imran made every effort to help us out, a very valuable staff member. As was the concierge, I can' remember his name but he was a tall Irish gentleman. Your hotel is very well organised and run with effortless pride. Nothing, it is a great boutique hotel!

Well the hotel location was very good because our office is around the corner at West Halkin. The staff was friendly & the hotel clean. The hotel is close to the different shopping attractions but it is quite expensive comparing to the hotels we have in the uae & more luxerious for the price we get. It was a good experience anyway.

location is great , deco and furniture were comfortable and relaxing , staff were very kind. small enterance and small 2 elevators one of them were out of order for three days , elevators for every body including housekeeping .

The location is great. They charged us for 20% vat again & we only realised later that our BOOKING.com reservation included vat. Hence check your bill carefully.

Stayed w/end 7-8th January 2012. Got a breakfast and room upgrade for 40.00 per night. Fantastic staff, very helpful. Room was smallish (but then again, it's Knightsbridge), but still perfectly acceptable for a couple. Very clean and smart, free wifi, breakfast was continental and perfect for those on a weekend trip. Will stay again.
