Score from 701 reviews Very good
The overall room and terrible noise from the bins being dragged around early the next morning!
The location is great, breakfast was good.
Horrible smell in the bathroom, like a blocked drain. Hotel is looking tired and dated. No frills, which is fine if the basics are met.
The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable
While I understand this is a city centre hotel there was no sound proofing. The noise from outside was the same whether the window was open or closed and I was woke many times due to the noise. I wouldn't stay here again
The location was great, very central.
The cleaning staff were very noisey in the morning. Walls are very thin. You could hear everything they were doing. Also check out was 12 clock yet we got a knock on the door at 10am.
Central location at an affordable price.
WiFi wasn't great
The cold water pressure was so low it was impossible to have a shower.
The staff are the hotels most valuable asset
I was charged the full amount at the time of booking, with no option to change our plans. This is not normal practice. The was also confusion about whether or not breakfast was included, resulting in a big to do every morning.
No fuss but comfortable and clean
traffic noise, hardly slept!
Very easy to find coming from Dublin. Car park was 100% secure and right behind the hotel. Restaurant food was delicious. Room was clean and had loads of tv channels. Wifi was fast and the staff were lovely.
A church or bell tower accross the road played melodies every so often but it was really loud so not a big deal.
I liked the bar area. I also loved the stuff, very friendly.
The location was very central for our needs. Enjoyed our stay in Belfast. Lovely People
We didn't have any bad experiences but would have liked if the breakfast was included in the price of the room.
Location and facilities
I am a solo traveller and would love to see better rates for singles!
Breakfast was good ..room was good although receptionist said that you flipped the mattresses periodically.... Definitely put me off rebooking as bed was so uncomfortable
As said above bed uncomfortable
Ideal location, very convenient to the centre of Belfast. Lovely staff
The room was looked in on by offices across the industrial courtyard and the fumes from the kitchen filled the room in the morning.
Breakfast was great plenty choice . Room wAs nice and warm and clean, hotel v central , staff pleasant and helpful
It was clean and heated well
The noise of traffic
Breskfast was unreal
room had lovely comfortable beds
Free wifi and location and food was nice.bar could do with more tables and chairs
Bed wasnt comfy.half an inch gap on room door at the bottom heard everything in the hallway.staff could have been more accommodating and welcoming.
we were pleased with everything
pillows most uncomfortable. no showed cap.
The comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the hotel. The excellent service of the staff.
It's s handy hotel in the city
Surly staff on check in - about as warm a welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. Dirty tables between diners leaving and new ones arriving for breakfast. Needs a Hoover and a general makeover.
Nice hotel, great location
