Receptions staff were lovely and polite, rooom was very nice, parking a little away but that was fine. I was diusgusted at the way I was treated by your door staff upon entering the hotel after coming home from a meeting, who would not let my business partner enter the hotel to sign a contract, I have never been so humiliated in my life, I have stayed at jurrys inns all over the uk and this was the worst experience ever!! ALSO, ROOM SERIVICE !!! ABYSMAL, I WAS INFORMED AFTER CALLING AND PLACING AN ORDER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO RESTARAUNT TO COLLECT MY FOOD!!! WHILE GETTING DRESSED FOR A MEETING I WAS INFORMED TO GO DOWNSTAIRS FOR MY COLLECTION OF MY MEAL??? THIS WAS ASTONISHING! WHAT IS THE POINT OF ROOM SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER??? THAT IS NOT ROOM SERVICE!!!!!

We chose this hotel because it appeared to offer car parking (on the web-site) and , as we were traveling with a disabled friend, we wanted to be able to park nearby. Please check the web-site - the wording is very misleading - it should state that there is no hotel parking. A credit card belonging to our friend was taken from the table in the bar for a prolonged period, distressing him so much that he felt forced to cancel it. Breakfast was cold and the egg congealed

We loved its location we found it very easy to access and although there was no hotel parking there was a very secure public car park just around the corner

good location .friendly atmosphere and musical entertainment in the residents bar. staff were very friendly and polite and informative regarding local places of interest to visit and high quality places to eat. breakfast provided in a unhurried and relaxed atmosphere, one little comment more choice and variety would be welcome, I look forward to my next visit.

Juryn Inn is conveniently located near a bus/rail station and is close to the city centre. It is good value for the money. The hotel has good decor and amenities. Having a restaurant/bar/breakfast facilities is very convenient. The breakfast/dinner were excellent. Wifi connection should be given in the room. It is a bit inconvenient to go to the lobby to use wifi.

We had managed to miss our flight from Dublin so had travelled to Belfast for the next available flight - Robert Henry and other staff at Jurys Inn were very sympathetic and tried to make everything as comfortable as possible including printing our boarding passes for the next morning.

The location was great for all the shops and sights. The Restaurant and Bar were not very inviting. There was a TV with a loud Football match on in the Bar and the Restaurant had a very limited basic choice of food. We opted to go elsewhere to eat both nights. We booked a triple room and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was very central, which suited us. Whilst there was no on- site parking available, arrangements were made for us to park behind their building at a reasonable 24 hour daily rate. We chose not to eat breakfast there and didn't pay the extra fee. The room was very nice and clean, very quite, with no traffic noise.

Very central location Very strange smell on arrival coming from bathroom. We complained and someone came and cleaned it again. However the smell continued, and we complained again the following morning. A cleaner called and found out that the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. Once she fixed it the smell vanished. Was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't offer any form of small compensation, such as free breakfast or something-the smell was vile!!
