Receptions staff were lovely and polite, rooom was very nice, parking a little away but that was fine. I was diusgusted at the way I was treated by your door staff upon entering the hotel after coming home from a meeting, who would not let my business partner enter the hotel to sign a contract, I have never been so humiliated in my life, I have stayed at jurrys inns all over the uk and this was the worst experience ever!! ALSO, ROOM SERIVICE !!! ABYSMAL, I WAS INFORMED AFTER CALLING AND PLACING AN ORDER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO RESTARAUNT TO COLLECT MY FOOD!!! WHILE GETTING DRESSED FOR A MEETING I WAS INFORMED TO GO DOWNSTAIRS FOR MY COLLECTION OF MY MEAL??? THIS WAS ASTONISHING! WHAT IS THE POINT OF ROOM SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER??? THAT IS NOT ROOM SERVICE!!!!!

Clean and comfortable. Price was good for b & b booked over the internet. In room overlooking Gt Victoria Street so some disturbance during the night due to traffic. Also woken earlier on Sunday morning than we would have chosen due to Church bells across road.

Rooms were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was good and more importantly, actually hot! Great location and value for money! Very noisy on our floor with lots of the people coming home from a night out and being ignorant of other guests. Hotel staff did come up and end the 'party' though.

Really good value for money, in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and a lot of tours could be taken from directly outside the hotel! Shopping is also just a five minute walk away which was great. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. I would highly recommend the hotel to a friend!

This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Belfast and very convenient for tourist, shoppers and business alike. The room was comfortable and a wide range of hot and cold food offered buffet style for breakfast. I managed to get a room at a special rate due to advance booking. The hotel looks out on two busy roads and this can be noisy, particularly if the window is open. The noise subsided at night. It was so well heated - a bonus for some - that I needed the window open at times to keep the termperature down. (The radiator was off, by choice.)
