Receptions staff were lovely and polite, rooom was very nice, parking a little away but that was fine.

I was diusgusted at the way I was treated by your door staff upon entering the hotel after coming home from a meeting, who would not let my business partner enter the hotel to sign a contract, I have never been so humiliated in my life, I have stayed at jurrys inns all over the uk and this was the worst experience ever!! ALSO, ROOM SERIVICE !!! ABYSMAL, I WAS INFORMED AFTER CALLING AND PLACING AN ORDER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO RESTARAUNT TO COLLECT MY FOOD!!! WHILE GETTING DRESSED FOR A MEETING I WAS INFORMED TO GO DOWNSTAIRS FOR MY COLLECTION OF MY MEAL??? THIS WAS ASTONISHING! WHAT IS THE POINT OF ROOM SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER??? THAT IS NOT ROOM SERVICE!!!!!

i couldnt get my friend and her son in for a wee drink at 11.30 because they were staying at another hotel. they came back in a taxi from our concert at odyessy but were refused entry. breakfast was very poor

Hi there all u guys at jurys belfast;just to say that from the time we got there til we left ive never come across such wonderfull staff in my years of travle, nothing was a problem to any request we had,please keep up the good work and keep smileing because thats what makes a good friendly hotell and brings people back. The location was great. Staff were extremely helpful and very courteous.

There was a smell outside the front door from people smoking which was very unattractive.

The value was great as we booked under a special offer. The room was a little noisy but very clean. The location was great for shopping

The breakfast was a bit of a zoo and not very well organised

Reasonable b&b rate, central location

Staff very friendly to our hen party and very accommodating. Location is ideal for transport, taxis, walking to nightclubs, pubs, bars, restaurants etc.

Resident's bar was closed far too early!!

As we were travelling to Belfast by bus the location is perfect. Check out time of 12noon is a big advantage as a lot of hotels require 11am check out. Staff were excellent and both check in and check out were both speedy and hassle free. Triple room was great as it gave us an opportunity to stay together and actually worked out cheaper than some of the low budget hotels. All in all an excellent choice and we will definitely stay again.

Good compromise between price and facilities. It was quite clean and well maintained, staff are efficient and courteous. Perfect location for city shopper. McCauslands Car park close by for £12/day, make sure you get reception to validate your ticket for discount.

Annoying thing was bathroom mirrors steamed up too easy. Wouldn't get the breakfast next time and would get a room away from the noisy road.

Convenience to George Best airport

The secondary front door did not close so cold winds would sweep into the bar and reception all.
