Location- perfect for the Town Hall, Symphony Hall or NIA
Disturbed in room by frequent/loud noise of lift; this despite being in a 'superior' room on the 14th floor and some distance from the lift shafts.
The fact that prostitutes were allowed to enter without a problem. I am quite certain that certain members of staff were aware of the situation and are involved with these people. We were not impressed with the cooked breakfast as it was only just warm.
Location The room.
The parking was restrictive, I am glad I did not take my van.
The room was clean and good value for money, we were going to the NIA Barclaycard Arena which was a 5 minute scenic walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat if you prefer options.
Could not log onto the wifi
Good all round hotel
Queue at bar10 mins wait at 11pm,too long!
requested 2 extra pillows that never arrived.Mean with the tea and coffee sachets and especially milk
Have in better hotels
They could not cope at breakfast
The fact that I had to queue for ages to book into my room
Good location Reported TV problem on checking our , given car park free, fair.
Television did not work, no signal Difficult to report, no answer on the telephone from room and from front desk. Reception always busy, lifes to short to queue when you don't have to.
The bar and club had a nice atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious Lovely breakfast
Car park is to expensive on top of paying for your stay Bathroom was quite cold No walk-in shower
Close to the NIA
Breakfast was a struggle to get a table & have had much better food
I have stayed at this hotel before so generally i do like it. Decor and rooms are usually really nice. Nice staff. However on this occasion it was different .......
We were given room 1205 which was a shoe box room with interconnecting door - brilliant for a young family or couples travelling together but rubbish if not. We could hear everything going on next door. Very bad tempered rude man shouting at his family. Then they were all up really early using the hair dryer for about an hour. Really spoiled our night away. I didn't complain as i knew the hotel was fully booked. Not good value for £135 and we had booked in October. I would not stay there again without checking room allocation first. Breakfast was ok but they couldn't keep up with the demand so some items kept running out but that was minor problem. I booked before direct with the hotel which makes me think that Booking.com might be offered the less attractive rooms.
Nice location and looked fresh and modern
Our TV only had one channel - BBC1. all others were out of signal Also, there was a load noise which I think came from the service lifts as we were well away from guest lifts. Also, the walls were crazy thin so we could hear the girls next door talking quite easily
I cant fault the staff or the food we had a great weekend.
Good location and comfy bed
Staff told us we couldn't check In despite booking a superior room and didn't bother to ask what type of booking we had. I had to stop the man from walking away to explain our booking. The wifi didn't work either and when I asked at reception I was dismissed with 'the system is being rebooted' before I could even explain that I'd been trying all day
Our room 704 was close to lifts and you could hear them all night which was disturbing.
Location. Restaurant and bar. Clean and smart hotel.
Noisy room. Bed quite small and not that comfortable.
The location, the staff, the quality of the facilities, the car parking on site, the size of my room (executive double), the view in the morning from the 14th floor.
My only concern was the fiddly way to use the hotel Wi-Fi.
Clean, large room, great tv and wifi, comfortable friendly bar with wide range of drinks and food.
Everything was fab.
The room was large as was the tv and the bed was huge and so cumfy All the staff were really pleasant and helpful quality furnishings to room and modern decor, good hot shower good soaps etc supplied great view of the City Check out at 12.00 means you can have a lay in and don't have to rush. great buffet breakfast.. would recommend highly
i cannot think of anything that was not excellent here
Very clean and enjoyed teas and coffee making facilities. Shower very good too.
Room close to lift and rather noisy.
Staff were friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. Room was large, clean and quiet - the hotel is on a busy road but we were not disturbed by noise. Breakfast @ £10 was good value with a wide choice. Room facilities were excellent. Public areas clean and comfortable. A good hotel that is just a short walk from the centre.
Location, staff, room & food.
Wifi was poor, wouldn't load on line games or Facebook .
