Very clean ,good rooms, excellent breakfast It was very noisy from party-goers even though we were located on the 10th floor. The car parking fees were rather expensive.

Good size room for three of us. We had two double beds. The shower was lovely, muh better than a lot of hotels. Location is great. Didnt have a car so not sure what the parking situation is like. Can be noisy on weekend nights due to revellers in the street, but we were on the 11th floor so wasnt to bad, not sure what it would be like on lower floors.

The view from the 11th Floor; fabulous location juts by Hyatt on a broad street; lovely room with mega beds Breakfast at 10.30am - the busiest perios I assume-there were too many people, tables were not cleaned quick enough, not enough staff beverages machines broke down, there was no water - queues for everything

The young gentleman who was on the reception area at Breakfast, he introduced himself as being originally from Pakistan. A very engaging and hardworking young man. Location was extremely noisy. We were on the 9th floor in a room designated for a disabled person. although neither my wife or myself is disabled. It seemed improbable that someone with a major disability could be accommodated at this height and it didn't seem lightly a person in a wheelchair could have accessed the reception area which had stairs up to it and no ramp.

The Hotel was very clean and all staff were very welcoming with the exception of a lady at checkout who did not even ask if we had enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice and during our break we could not fault the cleanliness from housekeeping. We received a personal welcome each morning at breakfast and similarly were addressed by name when we left - excellent personal service. Breakfast was good considering the number of guests being catered for. All in all a great break and we would recommend the Hotel to anyone wishing to stay at Broad Street. Only adverse comment would be the charges for parking £13 per day :(

The location is perfect for the weekend breake, frendly security and staff. The towels are too small and the shower doesnt have enough water pressure, smoking rooms would be appriciated.

Perfectly located for what we had planned for the weekend. Lifts took too long at peak times eg breakfast and we were 15 floors up. Breakfast was chaos - had to wait for buffet to be refilled, no glasses for juice, tables not cleared.....

The hotel wa far too noisy, We stayed on 9/11 and 10/11 and around 2am I was woken by car horns beeping outside the hotel. This continued almost non stop for around 2 hours. Also my colleague stayed in a room at the front of the building and was disturbed by noise from the train station, people outside and also his room backed onto the lift and so there was noise from that all the way through the night

We had a twin room that actually had 2 double beds which was ideal as we had our 16 year old son with us who had his own bed as opposed to a sofa bed. Pillows were a little lumpy

Shopping and art nearby. A lot of money to pay in order to lay your own table at breakfast, pay extra for Internet access, and pay extra for car parking.
