This place is smack bang in the middle of it all. Great location for pubs and clubs and shopping. Fantastic hotel room very big and comfy. Views amazing.
The iron sorry it was rubbish
Superior room was big. Lots of pillows.
Room was a little chilly. We were given a adjoining room with only a door between us and the next room. We could hear the people in the next room chatting.
Position,parking .staff all great
The room was small so only a small bed and no comfortable chair
A friendly greeting as always, a great breakfast, free wifi & parking, we greatly enjoyed our stay.
Staff, Room, Location, Restaurant, Bar
Bathroom too small and no tissues
Good location, nice bed.
Small bathroom and could hear the people in adjacent rooms
Only stayed one night but the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The free parking next door makes a big difference when you are staying in a city centre. Easy access to the city bars and theatres. An enjoyable stay.
The hotel was very clean and had good quality furnishings. We only stayed one night, so didn't get to see most of the facilities. The free car parking linked to the hotel was a real bonus.
The bathroom was a bit small and access into it was tight. Only room for one. I think this was unfortunate and we e-mailed the hotel to let them know, but we think the base of our divan was broken and therefore the mattress really sunk into the middle, which didn't make for a great nights sleep. Shame because everything else was good.
Stayed here as a last minute getaway with my partner. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the river and bridge. The staff were super friendly and everyone we crossed paths with were also friendly.
Only thing I would mention is that there seemed to be bottles and glasses left out in the corridor to be cleared up. They were sat there for a while and didn't get picked up.
Having to walk down public car park stairs outside as lift took forever to come as one broken. Room very small and uncomfortable. Pillows thin, worn even though asked for additional which didn't get Service and cleanliness awful Light shade in bedroom had white stains all over it. Overall really not happy and would not recommend
Free Parking and newspaper
Conveniently placed, excellent parking facility, pleasant staff.
Superior room large, but with very poor facilities: bathroom very small no hanging for towels water cold and shower badly laid out; lighting inadequate and one out of two overhead lights not working; nowhere to put clothes, cupboard used as storage facility for hotel extras and too small to be of any use.
Lovely comfortable room with harbourside view, very well located for the main sights and restaurants. Staff very helpful and we had complimentary cocktails for my wife's birthday. Free parking too!
Quite luxurious feel. Excellent location. Lovely views over the waterfront.
Noisy at night - even the room they moved us to the 2nd night unfortunately still carried music through from outside.
Cleanliness and location
Nothing to dislike
Love the location and view from hotel. So close to the river so easy to get everywhere.
A little expensive
Location, cleanliness, Car park access. Hotel atmosphere.. Friendly staff and warm welcome.
Food was a bit lukewarm, but that's just my preference,I like my food served piping hot.
Excellent location for historic centre of Bristol. Easy parking in adjoining multi-storey. Helpful staff. Tea making.
Great location. Free and very convenient parking.
The bed was poor. It has a dip in the middle and my wife and I spent the night rolling into each other. I expect better for a superior room and for the price
Location, complimentary parking, comfortable bed and pillows.
quality of breakfast was good. good facility of free parking good location
we would have liked to have the facility to control the heating in the room. we reported a light not working but not repaired.
The walls between rooms were very thin so you could hear even normal talking at night. Not to mention other activities that were happening..... The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been either, blood on the door and doorpost didn't give a good impression.
The location was ideal and within walking distance of museums and points of interest. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable and with great views.
