The noise was unbelievable. Could hear guest snoring next door. Room shook and shuddered as lorries went past outside and awoken by room shaking as bottles were collected by garbage men. Don't think I'll be staying again
The staff were very friendly and the hotel is nice.
I wish I had stayed longer
Staff were friendly and welcoming despite having a large party in the Hotel. Very central with all attractions nearby. 5 minute walk to the theatre. Nowhere better to stay in Bristol
I could not find any fault with this Hotel. We will stay there again.
Perfect spot for exploring Bristol!
Our room was upgraded but our friends room wasn't and wed paid the same as our friends who visited and they had a bigger room then us and ours was smaller and just on the top floor so didn't quite understand where the upgrade was. Other then this our stay was great
Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable room. Would definately stay again.
Stayed in a room on the water front, lovely view, but the noise from the Night Club on the other side of the Quay was loud on Friday and Saturday night.
Location and facilities. View over city
Bed was very small for 2 average size people and quite hard
location bed toiletry breakfast free car park Great view
poor english spoken at reception salty duck at dinner (although we were not charged)
no drawers or shelves
Friendly staff. Lovely views and comfortable bed
Nice room and great location.
Bathroom too small. Woken by cleaner next door at 7.30 using the hoover. door keys did not work and had to ring down to reception when needed to get in.
Location Ease of parking
I liked the ambience, efficiency, convenience of the hotel. Perfect for my purpose.
Two guests in the bar doing karaoke with their i-phones. Noisy and intrusive.
The staff were very friendly
The room did smell of smoke
Location and parking next door
Additional cost for breakfast
Was lovely sitting looking out at the river having Sunday breakfast listening to a lovely man playing the piano.... Very relaxing
Had problems with door key cards but staff very quick to resolve
Parking next to Hotel
Deluxe room very spacious and clean
Room service menu very limited Price was very high at £169 a night - value for money would of been £99
The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in
Wasn't given enough information at check in with regard to the pre authorisation freeze they put on your card, I ended up being with out a substantial amount of money for a week due to an operator error and when I reported this issue I was given an automated email apology -- marred the whole stay
only one lift working. lack of parking.
The location of the hotel and the comfort of the room which instantly made us feel chilled down after the drive after work from Cornwall.
When we arrived, itas pouring with rain and although we knew where the Hotel was on foot, we couldnt find our way there with the car so we telephoned reception for directions.Unfortunately, the first person we spoke to gave the impression she couldne be bothered to help so we rang off and rang back and a really helpful guy stayed on the phone and directed us straight to the car park. I think the previous female member of staff could have been just going off duty.
Relaxing, staff courteous, helpful bed absolutely comfortable
free parking is important. the room was very comfortable and the staff didnt put a foot wrong. The glass-walled dining room overlook the harbour is really nice. a very nice hotel in a great location with very good staff.
