The reception staffs are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast is a bit overpriced. The hotel needs modernnisation, at least to put air-conditioned in, especially in the public area if not in the rooms. A bit overrated to be a four star hotel. |

The location was ideal for shopping and was in ideal location for entertainment and eating. The room was far too hot and when you opened the windows the noise from the waterfront bars and noise from the seagulls was too loud and kept you awake. Therefore air conditioning would be much nicer. |

I was pleasantly suprised by this hotel. It was very good value for the money and the rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely stay at the Bristol Hotel again. |

Bed very comfortable and well made. Good storage space and nice to have a relaxing chair. Noisy late at night when you had the window open - as in any city centre probably - but the double glazing was effective. Room rate good but breakfast rather expensive. |

The hotel is in a good central location .The room was very modern and clean and tidy There is a major problem with the room we stayed in.Although it is double glazed, the window did not fit correctly consequently all of the noise from the busy street outside came into the room. This resulted in us having a very bad nights sleep. |

This is a very stylish, elegant hotel. The outside looks quite plain, with a big parking building next door, but the inside is very luxurious, and there is an exit directly out onto the gorgeous water front, right next door to the superb Arnolfini café. I couldn't believe how cheap the room was (£65 the night for a double room). It was very spacious and the decor was wonderful. The glass roof and large windows of the restaurant could be given a clean, to make the most of this perfect location! Also, some of the staff at reception were smily and helpful but others didn't smile or even really look at us when they were dealing with our requests. Small points, though, considering the overall "wow" factor! |

The room and bathroom were absolutely wonderful, well furnished, clean, the staff at the reception helpful and friendly. The hotel in general looks so much better than a lot of 4 star hotels and also offers a lot of services and offers free parking from 5.30 pm till 9 am. Wish we hadn't tried the restaurant: poor choice - half of the menu was "sold out", had to wait like half an hour for each dish, even for the out of the box cake, chips tasted like fish, and the staff was not the most helpful. |

Only stayed for 1 night so did not use any facilities. Free internet access within room was good. Car parking rates also acceptable. Thought the breakfast was too expensive (£15.00 per person) I think so did not have. |
