Fabulous,
Score from 618 reviews
“ We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel decoration is nice. It was nice to go to the sport club and swim every day. The hotel location is central, close to Oxford st. But still the room was quiet. The hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to come again to the hotel in my next visit to London. ”

Free Wifi, location of the hotel, friendly staff Smallish room, even if "superior" room. Pretty standard for London though. Carpet in room, don't like that even if it was rather clean in appearance

The room and its facilities. The understated classic features. The comfy bed and the old style alarm clock. The regular provision of spring water and the quality of the bathroom lotions, shampoo etc. The friendly staff and the assistance given. The tricky access to the pool. Finding it was confusing and I wondered whether it was to try and put people off using it. The circuitous route to the pool and back to the lift could have been sign posted. The response from people in the Third Space area made me feel as if I should have known. I thought it was only me until I overheard another guest asking where the pool was and the difficulty his friend had in finding it. Also missing out on a facial after I had built up the courage to have one. Being told that Monday 22nd April was a Bank Holiday so I couldn't book in, whereas in fact I later learned it wasn'T.

Restaurant and cafe were really nice. The gym was outstanding, all state of the art modern, new equipment. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit on the small side. Bathroom was tiny, was really difficult to get into the shower behind the door, had to practically stand on the toilet to close the door to get in the shower. Very nicely decorated though, modern. Half of floor 4 which I was on was being refurbished which I didn't know about. There wasn't any noise but had to walk through a bit of a construction site almost to get to lifts.

Decor and design was right on. Loved the many cozy nooks and sitting rooms through out the hotel - easy to find space for colleagues to find quiet space to converse. Beautifully appointed rooms. Had an issue with a vent in room that was leaving black residue in room, this problem took several days to resolve...it was eventually fixed and certainly did not ruin my stay.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from bond street station and a whole host of restaurants and things to do. Great service. Hotel is currently under renovation which meant that at least on the floor I was staying looked a little like a construction site in some places. It was ok but it would have been nice to be told at check in

Location of the hotel is fantastic and the affiliated fitness center of high quality. There was construction on our floor with the usual dust and smell from paint and other chemicals. Furthermore, the direct connection from the hotel to the fitness center and spa, which takes place through an elevator, was not working. This lack of comfort should have warranted a warning and/or a reduction in the cost of the stay since this was a major reason for our choice between this and a much cheaper but equally comfortable option. Disappointing.

Perfectly located for Oxford street shopping, restaurants and bars. Very clean and nicely decorated a great find in London to get a decent hotel with decent room sizes which doesn't cost the earth. I often go to London for business trips and will always look to book this hotel in the future. The restaurant is excellent too. Could do with better pillows.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities and very convenient to Oxford Street. Lots of cafes & restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room we stayed in had a very small bathroom. There wasn'y enough room to dry oneself after having a shower.

Excellent welcome by the staff. You were never bothered at the room by housekeeping staff. They seemed to know when you left and cleaned then. Would happily stay there again. Excellent staff all round. Bathrooms were quite cold
