There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the hotel - it ticked all our boxes-- which is not the norm! We were in London to celebrate our anniversary and on arrival at hotel were told we were upgraded to a de-luxe room. There were two beautiful fresh flower arrangements- a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! That might have been normal procedure for any guest--but it certainly made us feel very welcome. We weren't aware of the traffic outside-- it appeared to be in a fairly quiet location- even though only 5mins from Oxford Street. We can't speak highly enough about the staff-all very couertious and helpful--all in all a first class hotel.

Reception staff and porters were very polite. We were given a free upgrade. We enjoyed a morning swim. The only thing is that breakfast is good but if dieting, is expensive. Why not offer a stripped down breakfast at a lower price. There are about twenty places open for breakfast within 400 yards.

The hotel provides good service - really friendly and professional staff, reasonable internet access. The beds are comfy and the room has everything you need awary from home - tea & coffee fascilities, iron and ironing board, safe and even an umbrella for a rainy day. Also the hotel is conveniently placed near Oxford street The breakfast was on expensive side, so we didn't take it

The staff were excellent. The first room we were allocated had an unpleasant odour. One phone call to reception and we were transferred to another room within 5 minutes.

The hotel is clean and modern and the staff were always very helpful. I arrived very early, well before check in, and the reception staff (Martin) made sure my room was ready as soon as possible and provided complimentary coffee, bikkies and hot towel while I waited. The location was great in a quiet residential neighbourhood near shops, cafes, etc. but still within easy walking distance to most of London's sites. Also free wi-fi was available within the hotel. I really liked the bright, modern decor in the room too (one of the reasons I chose this hotel).

Only the location 1- When the room is cleaned we entered the room and saw a red spot on the blanket. It should be clean without any spot. 2- It was not allowed to move any thing inside the refrigerator, because the hotel will charge me even if I want to put anything from outside. 3- The fire alarm was worked like for 10 minutes on 5 of may in early morning and disturb us. Then when I asked the hotel they said it was by mistake.

We needed somewhere central that was close enough to the restaurant we were dining in that evening and to Oxford St. For some shopping the following day. We were also looking for a hotel with leisure facilities we could use during our stay, and all for a reasonable price - which is a challenge in London. The Marylebone offered all this and ended up being the best choice of hotel for our occasion - the staff were lovely and provided an outstanding level of service during our stay.

When we arrived after having a bad morning we were welcomed at reception by Jasmine who was more than helpful to us and followed through with a welcome card to our room. The Cocherge Rahine also organised as requested a very excellent bunch of flowers to the room. Our stay was made very enjoyable by all the staff who always had time to speak to you. A very good selection of Daily papers were also available and free Internet in all areas. This was ou first stay but will not be our last. The unusual thing of adding a service 12.5% charge in the public bar to all drinks

The nice hotel staff was very friendly (check in, when leaving & entering the hotel,...) and helpful with luggage, umbrella, taxi,... We got a nice present too! Marylebone is such a nice place to be and very close to Oxford, ideal for dropping those shopping bags! The room is just perfect: London has small rooms but this one was quite good. Bathroom & bed were excellent. Nice evening chocolates & water,... All those things together made it a wonderful stay!!

From the moment you walk into this outstanding Central London hotel, you think there must be a mistake. I did not book a 5 star hotel with incredibly attentive staff but that is what I am getting. And then when you arrive in your room, you begin to question your booking once more especially if you book a Superior Room such as I did. Luxurious amenities abound at an excellent price. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. I have a new favorite Central London place to stay..

Excellent location, rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast £19 per person extra, good full english five minutes walk for £6. Both I and the couple we stayed away with had extras charged to our room which we hadn't had, drinks and service charges. They were removed when queried, be careful!

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very centrally located for what we wanted to see and do. We did not partake in eating there but did have coffee and tea in the lounge which was extremely pleasant. We changed our room as we found the bathroom to be rather on the small size and upgraded to a larger room. Unfortunately one of the lifts was broken which did cause a slight problem but the hotel were in the throws of getting it fixed when we left.

Great location and price and within walking distance of central London which for our group was a real bonus. Good parking facility also fairly priced, the rooms were comfy and clean and the use of the swimming pool was a real treat. The staff who checked us in to our rooms were really friendly and helpful and offered us a good service. The service from then on failed on all levels. We ordered coffee which we didn't receive, spent 130.00 on two rounds of drinks that we had to chase up 3 times and then after a great night out on Saturday tried to order more drinks which took 30 mins to arrive! Very poor. The service charge on our drinks bill we refused to pay for the above reason. I would recommend this hotel if you are after a great location/comfy and affordable place to stay, just don't expect to be blown away by the service.

I really enjoyed my stay, although I picked the hotel because of location ( together with reviews available on line) and I was gone from early am until evening , I was very pleased with my choice. When I next visit London I will book with you again. David
