Good location, not far from shops & theatre district. Room was pleasant. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool area so can't comment on it specifically. A problem with all hotels, not just this one, is that the breakfast is always overpriced. |

The Marlebone Hotel is very convenient for the shops at Oxford Street and the Marlebone High Street and also close to the tube station. There was no soap in our bathroom so we ended up buying some rather than ask the hotel for it. Something as basic as soap is a must. We would have preferred breakfast to be included in quoted price, rather than an 'extra'. |

It was very well located and discret. The Bar was great as was the restaurant. The rooms/beds are very small, as are the bathrooms. |

Excellent location, Marylebone is really nice area. Common premises stylish. Room smallish (especially bathroom). Room wasn't that clean when arriving (dead mosquito on curtains, hair in bathroom) |

I was very well looked after by the excellent staff - very good facilities, lounge, and restaurant too expensive, even for a quality hotel in the west end of London |

excellent staff and facilities, with a great bar/lounge - first time we've stayed there since the new owners bought it, and they've updated it very tastefully while retaining all the good points. Very good location for west end and marylebone village the room we were in was a little small for two people and the bed was much too small for two |

I like the kindness of front desk, hotel was close to shoping areas and touristic activities.. The room that you provide was very small and the bed was for 1,5 person. Room was looking to no where else and I felt like it must be joke as I have booked a supperrior double room and you confirm... As the staff was kind they changed the room from 2nd to 5th floor with a double size room and bed. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Although we were allocated to what has to be the smalled room (even for one person - and there were two of us) I have ever seen in a Hotel for the first night - staff were very apologetic and re allocated us to a lovely spacious room the next day. Hotel location is suuper and the leisure facilities were very good - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room 228 that we were allocated to on the first night and the fact that the pool pool areas were closed for the first 2 days of our 5 night stay. |

Customer service was excellent - welcoming and attentive Unfortunately no in-room safe as promised. But they did let me use the duty manager's safe - although when I collected, for a while it seemed like my laptop had been misplaced! |

This was my second stay in this hotel and this time I got bigger room. I also enjoyed free internet connection in my room. The window locker was broken and I couldn't open the window. However ventilation was working very well. |

Reception staff particularly friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for city centre location and tastefully decorated. Hotel location is excellent for a city centre weekend stay. |
