Hotel staff very helpful and allowed us to book in early so we could meet some friends for lunch. Clean and nice bedroom except toilet very small - see below. Bathroom was miniscule - couldn't fit two people in there and needed to shut door to get into shower or use toilet! Also, pool was out of order and staff very unsure about when it would be working again. This was the reason we booked the hotel! |

The location is excellent for shopping in Oxford Street which my daughter loved. I adored the classy shops/cafes around Marylebone High street. Taxi outside the door very convenient. Reception staff very friendly & efficient. Light bulb replaced quickly, kept updated about pool out of order - good management I read reviews saying rooms & bathrooms were small. We stayed in 747while it wasn;t spacious it was adequate |

The alarm went off at 08:00 am two days in a row - very annoying! The AC was very loud thus not possible having it on during the night. Difficult to sleep (hot). |

Our de luxe room, 280, was excellent in size and comfort,BUT... But... We discovered on the first morning there was no hot water in the bath or shower. When reported to the desk they investigated and declared the thermostat control was broken and could not be repaired before we left. They suggested we move to another room, but we turned down this as being too much of an upheaval. They discounted the room-rate on check out as compensation. |

This hotel is a bit hidden away, but once stepping through the door you realize you are in a place that is crisp, clean and well refined. My room was tight space wise, but well appointed tidy. |

the lacation is exelent for my business and family needs in London.close to the tube shoppinf and restraunts. Yes. my Only complaint is...Mrs. Elsdon and I stayed in room 766. the room is very nice with a great view. the room faces west so it recieves direct sun exposure from sun up till about 10;30..11;00am. that initself is not a problem BUT the Air Conditioning unit in 766 is old and grossley inadiquate. The room heated up quickley from the sun to the point where we had to leave the room by 8:30..9:00. |

A quiet place and very close to the best shopping places of London, few minutes walking only. The shower was so weak it was almost impossible to rinse the soap from skin ! The bed was much too soft, generating back aches...and the air conditioning was so noisy and inefficient...just an impossible choice between sleeping in hot room or a noisy fan without any sleep...to avoid suffocating ! |

Excellent facilities on ground floor - ie lounges to sit in. Room large - although I was given one that was much smaller with shower screen broken and they changed me without any problem. Very comfortable beds |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms nicely kept and pleasing to come back to. Hotel has a lot to offer, pool, gym, bar, restaurant and the business centre lets you use the computer facilities. Air Conditioning hard to understand and use. Not the usual controls. |

Its proximity to shopping and to good restaurants and cafe's was extremely convienent. I felt the rooms were small for a four star hotel. |

The hotel itself was lovely, however the staff at front desk were disappointing, we literally received our room keys and were told nothing else about the hotel. We weren't told about the spa/pool facilities, or the dining/bar area. I thought this was very poor. The bathroom was extremely small. You had to squeeze in past the toilet to close the door. However given the hotels location and proximity to central london we did not spend much time in the room. |
