The Marylebone Hotel  

Nicely decorated. Confortable. Staff helpful and kind. Very Nice sitting rooms and common area but always empty (?). Had no time to see the gym and pool area. Restaurant fine but short menu. Complimentary umbrella.

Not too easy to get a taxy. Missing two bulbs in the room and on sunday no reparing service. Second floor very long corridors. Expensive as all London hôtels and room quite small.

Stylish hotel with very good service and value for money for a central London hotel. Warm greeting at reception with the offer of hot towels and complimentary refreshments on arrival. Nice touch!!

Not a lot really . The only issue we had was a faint smell of smoke in our room on arrival Which was quickly rectified by the cleaner. Overall a nice hotel experience and we would definitely return.

I loved the outstanding service provided by all staff and housekeeping. It's near a fabulous shopping district with plenty of wonderful restaurants. Close to the Central line. Warm and cosy areas to sit around the hotel. I loved it!

The room was very large and comfortable - I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso machine in the room! Excellent location - just a 5 minute walk from Bond Street tube station. The decor of the hotel is also very unique. The hotel definitely deserves its 4 star rating! loved my stay and would definitely consider staying there again!

Excellent location, lovely touches in the hotel E.G. a warm towel when you check in. Fantastic reception nicely decorated. The staff were all helpful and polite. We got upgraded because their was no non smoking rooms available so instantly upgraded us without us suggesting. People may say the rooms are small but unless you are staying in a top top london hotel it is likely that rooms will be small everywhere in london. So taking that into context no complaints here!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the hotel - it ticked all our boxes-- which is not the norm! We were in London to celebrate our anniversary and on arrival at hotel were told we were upgraded to a de-luxe room. There were two beautiful fresh flower arrangements- a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! That might have been normal procedure for any guest--but it certainly made us feel very welcome.We weren't aware of the traffic outside-- it appeared to be in a fairly quiet location- even though only 5mins from Oxford Street. We can't speak highly enough about the staff-all very couertious and helpful--all in all a first class hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was even given a complimentary upgrade on my room.

Everything was fine but the channel selection could be improved.Not enough international channels.

- Reception was very slow, upon arrival at 7pm, the room was not ready, I had to wait almost 30 mins, the promised beer at the bar was not served, at night, they provided me with the wrong express check-out documents. Even for London standards, and I travel there a lot for business, the room is tiiiiiiiiiny, you basically have to walk into the bathroom backwards. All in all, not worth another visit with the abundance of all the other hotels in London.

the location was excellent, very central, we came on a friday and checked in late afternoon, didnt stay much in the hotel on the friday, but stayed in bed all saturday morning as bed very comfy and wanted an indulgent lie in, if stay again will make use of the gym facilities which did attract me to the hotel, the bar was very attractively furnished and very cosy atmosphere, would love to come again nearer christmas time if able.

the bathroom in our room (144) was very small, it had everything that we needed but literally was one of the smallest bathrooms i had ever stayed in. Would have liked an nespresso coffee machine in our room in stead of just kettle, but if honest just being bit picky now as couldnt really fault the hotle at all.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We were upgraded on arrival, which was lovely. As it was a special occasion, there was a note from the manager and a bottle of wine in the room. A lovely touch. Central location with easy access to sights and shopping.

Nothing.We really enjoyed our stay and we'd come back again.

nice rooms and excellent sports facilities, good restaurant. Price is though extremely expensive. Over GPB for this hotel is crazy but probably belongs to the location. Next time outside the center and just pay GPB 2 for the undergournd

The conveniece of the location and the comfort of the room. Being able to order breakfast in the room was also very good after a very busy day and late night.

The air con was a little bit loud so we did not use overnight. The room got a little hot because of this.
