Staff Room Food Wi fi
Location next to train station
Could be a bit more clean
Value for money
Shower not powerful
I liked the staff and the bar staff were great as was the bar food
My room overlooked Glasgow Central railway station so I had to close all windows
Food to expensive and the noise of trains and traffic, also the noise of other residents there for a dance competition.
Great location. Staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing to much trouble. Very clean and tidy, food excellent and good choice.
On arrival we were told the bar grill was open until 11 pm. We decided to eat in the hotel. The staff didn,t have a clue and showed no interest.Everything we ordered wasnt available then it was. they got the whole order wrong. Then one member of the party cut into his chicken and the plate filled with blood. Ididn,t eat however i went to the bar to order a bacardi only to be told they had none and someone had went home with the keys of the cellar this all happened at 9.30 pm and bacardi wasn,t the only thing they ran out of. We didnt eat anything in the hotel the rest of the weekend and didnt use the bar facilities.
The Jurys Inns are well run and dependable with some trimmings like free wifi and spring water in the room.
Service in The Grill was a bit lacking and slow. I think that was because the bar was understaffed and dependant on back-up from the reception desk and the main restaurant.
Good location for shops, bars and restaurants.
Size of the bed and the quality of the mattress.
Staff v good, room OK
The room as cold. I was 6th floor but heard every train all night Wifi really slow
Enjoyable stay, very convienient.
Excellent location very friendly staff members.
Value for money for 1 person was a bit much and breakfast wasn't included. One certain member of staff in the bar was very rude which was not acceptable.
Helpful staff, decent bed, good bar food.
Not a great choice at breakfast and the room was really cold. Other people's hair around the bathroom.
This room was fantastic, we had a corner room with a view over the Clyde. The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and large. I slept all night I never even heard any traffic.
The position in the city. The car park position. The car parking price. Food good. We asked for a room view of the Clyde. (We got it thanks.)
The food menu's did not change over the week.
Excellent location if travelling by train. Great breakfast
Cannot think of anything
We used to stay here regularly, but their wifi prices were outrageous. Wifi is now free, making this an outstanding hotel in an excellent location.
Breakfast prices are in line with similar hotels, but we chose to walk one block to Weatherspoons.
Location - close to station & shops
Near to all the main sights or public transport hubs. Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. Food served was good too with plenty of choice at breakfast
Room was a bit hot, air con was quite noisy, but opening the window the traffic was worse. We were there in a heat wave though!
good location, free wifi, friendly staff
breakfast expensive, no free parking
CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
BE CAREFUL OF ROOM CHOICE REF THE RAILWAY
Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom bright and clean. Toiletries in large containers others available on request. Asked for fresh milk which was delivered in large jug in mini fridge enough to last 4 stay
No in room safe inconvenient. Very expensive as Games support staff were obviously on group rates.
Very good staff
the location, excellent for city centre partying
the cost of the breakfast, we went to Wetherspoon's next door
Hotel was lovely, very close to restaurants, shops and everything that you might need. Breakfast was lovely and we were well looked after. :)
