The Breakfast. A clean but shabby standard room. At £244 for 2 nights this was way over priced. Considering the booking was made in April, we seem to have been charged walk in prices. There were no major events in Glasgow that weekend. Having checked room rates for the following weekend the tarriff appeared to be half of the price we were charged.

The hotel was great and the service was excellent The price I was told when I arrived it was £61 per night until I checked. Out and found that only two nights were £61 the other night was £176' very disappointed?

The location is excellent for the City. Wifi is charged for. We are now in 2011 where the internet is a way of life. Most of the hotels in which I stay provide free Wifi in all rooms. I would have thought that a group such as Jurys would by now have abandoned this outdated principle of charging for this service.

Convenient location, although this is a rough part of Glasgow. Staff were friendly. Noisy - both from traffic and other guests. Even normal noise (e.g. using bathroom, television on at a normal volume) was audible from the next room.

Only the comfort and cleaness of the room. 1) We asked for a room adapted for a disabled guest, based on the fact that the hotel had such room, as show on it´s site. But the hotel did´t give the required room and the recepcionist lied to us at the counter, during check-in, saying that we hadn´t asked for such a room in the reservation. But we had, saying preciselly what we needed to be in the rrom. The adapted room was already occupied. Only the next day we could move but to a smoking room. 2) No wi-fi or cable access in the room. 3) the hotel offers 3 computers from which you can navigate the web, but they charge 1 Pound for each 20 minutes and the computer has no usb entrance or card reader. Expect a queue to use the computers.

There was drilling on the floor before 10 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up. It was very annoying as check out was not until 12. The cleaning staff were also very loud.

Modern comfortable hotel close to trains and shopping. Great staff in every dept., so friendly and helpful. Some rooms directly overlook train tracks but staff were very helpful to change our room for a more quiet room.

All staff were very hardworking and friendly, a great credit to the organisation. Food from the infussion restaurant was of a good standard and an excellent alternative to eating out. Location near the city centre was very helpful, giving easy access to virtually every point within the city.

Clean, really comfortable bed. Modern and tiled bathroom. Very, very good location. Friendly staff in the reception. Cleaning staff waked us up early in the morning by pulling the handle of our door, repeatedly times and then talking really loud outside the door. Internet not free! It costs £10, ridiculous.
