The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is really good close to Oxford St and Covent Garden. The cleaning of the room was mediocre and replenishment of coffee did not happen in the 3 nights I stayed there. |

The hotel is the perfect location if you want to hit Oxford Street for shopping, visit the British Museum or a show in Covent Garden. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and the marble bathroom had a seperate bath and shower with excellent water pressure for London standards. Also very positive was that a proper hairdryer, iron and ironing board was in the room. I also had the benefit of a Nespresso coffee machine as it was an executive room. The bar on the lower groundfloor is super cool but comfy with very friendly bar staff. The room smelled a bit of smoke although I asked for a non-smoking room and I absolutely dislike these new mini bars with only cans (no wine) inside and automatic registration. |

I booked the hotel for my boyfriend as a surprise for his 30th and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend the hotel for special occasions. We were upgraded to a suite room without asking and it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, superb quality and comfort in the rooms. Cannot fault our stay here. Will definitely return :o) |

A very clean and luxurious designer hotel. Great food. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The room was a little cramped. Desk was too big for the room. Feel the room could be bigger for a Superior room. |

Location; close to West End, bus and underground.Lots of restaurants, coffeeshops, shopping in the vicinity.Espresso machine in one of the rooms, nice lobby and furnishings. The staff was not very service minded and their English was not always easily understood. The air-conditioner in our room did not work properly and was looked at twice to no avail. After two rather uncomfortable nights, we got another room, without apologies or anything. Not a lot of (tourist)information and limited amenities in room. |

Very friendly staff, room was clean and pretty new. Even though the location is extremely central, it is very quiet the room, even though designated as superior room ,was very small, actually for two people too small |

The staff were welcoming, on arrival our room wasn't ready but they tried to rectify this with the offer of a smaller room which I declined. It was useful to be able to be able to leave our bag whilst we went out. The room was immaculate and we heard very little noise during our stay. The room was smaller than anticipated considering we had been offered a smaller room earlier, but it was adequate for my 6 year old and I. A minor niggle...... when we checked out I wasn't asked if we had enjoyed our stay, it felt as though they had got our money so it didn't matter!!!! |

Did not feel our room should be classified as a deluxe room, should be a standard. There was nothing about this room that was deluxe. There wasn't even a chest of draws to put clothes |

Location was excellent - next to Tube. Beautiful bedroom, spotlessly clean with very large comfortable bed. Bathroom wonderful - luxurious with separate powerful shower. Fabulous coffee maker in room but coffee pods not replenished and only two milks left daily. Our fault - we should have asked but at this quality of hotel this should be basic. |

High quality hotel in a great location. Rooms were comfortable, not huge but for a base to see London more than sufficient Pricey, but it is high quality in London. Can't expect much else |

The size of the room was good given that's it's centrally located in London. Double-glazing windows to curb the noise would have been good. The internet was the slowest ever. |

quite a nice business style hotel, good location annoying sound from the ceiling. Restaurant was like an episode from fawlty towers inc when dining with my girlfriend the waiter calling us gentlemen....and being the first in for pre theatre dinner they chose to seta the next and only other couple right next to us - so no privacy... |

Room size is very good for London. The hotel has been renovated recently and looks quite good. There seemed to be a lack of staff. Very slow to order food or even a coffee. Breakfast also seemed understaffed and hence plenty of people complaining and staff apologising. |

I have stayed a number of times at the Bloomsbury Hotel and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful and check-in and -out quick. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and restful. The location is perfect for anyone working in Holborn. . |

Location. Staff helpful and friendly. Decor of the room was attractive. The room was too small. We paid for a superior and felt that this was not as advertised. We were disappointed especially as it was an anniversary weekend. |
