The Bloomsbury Hotel

Sijainnista, huoneen sisustuksesta ja siisteydestä, ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Lisäksi huoneessa oli kunnon hiustenkuivaaja sekä silitysvälineet valmiina, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Sänky, tyyy ja peitto olivat erittäin miellyttäviä.

Oletan, että huone oli suunniteltu pyörätuolia käyttävälle. Ei-liikuntaesteiselle tämä ilmeni lievinä puutteina kylpyhuoneessa, jossa ei ollut m i t ä ä n laskutilaa kosmetiikalle. Suihkussa oli suihkuverhot, mutta lattiassa vain kaadot, jotka eivät riittäneet pitämään vettä aisoissa, vaan se levisi ympäri kylpyhuonetta, vaikka suihkusta tuleva vesi ei tullut edes kunnon paineella.

the rooms are very good

the porter did not get us a taxi, I had to get it myself.

the staff were very attentive, nothing was to much trouble.

the price of a full english breakfast(£22) was far too expensive

Beautiful building, very relaxing with an excellent shower! Efficient and friendly staff. Location for central London was perfect - ideal for city shopping or theatre break. 2 minutes walk from tube

friendly and good food

This hotel was brilliant value for the rate we received, including a late check out. It was just a few minutes walk to Regent St shopping, Charing Cross Road, Soho and a lesiurely walk to Picadilly Circus. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a classy and comfortable in a great location (if you can get a good rate like we did!)

The position, the service, and quiet for such a central hotel.

the room was nice and the position was ideal as we were going to the theatre. Close to the tube and convenient for city attractions

I can't believe how difficult it was to get something to eat. Waited in the upstairs lounge as told by the receptionist for a snack and no one arrived so eventually went out to a local cafe. After the theatre we decided not to eat out but return to the hotel but again was told no service and too late for room service at 11pm even though the hotel information says room service available all night - ended up managing to get a sandwich. Ordered newspapers but none arrived and the queue for reception was tiresome. Seemed to be very understaffed which effected the service level

The hotel was clean and well serviced. The location was excellent for Central London.

Rooms were slightly on ther small side. The breakfast was overpriced.

The hotel is the perfect location if you want to hit Oxford Street for shopping, visit the British Museum or a show in Covent Garden. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and the marble bathroom had a seperate bath and shower with excellent water pressure for London standards. Also very positive was that a proper hairdryer, iron and ironing board was in the room. I also had the benefit of a Nespresso coffee machine as it was an executive room. The bar on the lower groundfloor is super cool but comfy with very friendly bar staff.

The room smelled a bit of smoke although I asked for a non-smoking room and I absolutely dislike these new mini bars with only cans (no wine) inside and automatic registration.
