かなり満足度高いです。お部屋はモダンに改装されていて、クッションカバーなどセンス高いです。清潔だし、- バスタブもあり、お茶セットもあり、このロケーションでこの価格は良いと思います。ロンドンに来たらまたこ- こに泊まります。 |

トッテナムコートロードの駅からも近く、とても便利なロケーションでした。ロビーも落ち着いた雰囲気で、清- 潔感のあるホテルです。 ヨーロッパのホテルは壁が薄いものと思っていますが、このホテルは中でも特に壁が薄かったような気がします- 。 |

ロンドン大学のSOASやトッテナムコートロードに近く非常に便利な場所にある。チェックイン時に受付がち- ょっと込み合っており待たされたが、あまり気にはならなかった。部屋は少々小ぶりだったが、かなり機能的か- つ綺麗なデザインで悪い気分はしなかった。朝ごはんについては、コンチネンタルを別料金で頼んだが、ヨーロ- ッパ大陸のホテルよりもやや質素な感じがした。インターネット接続は、部屋にケーブルがあって、そのままP- Cに繋げば快適なネットサーフィンができた。TVはデジタルテレビでたくさんチャンネルがあったように記憶- している。また安いパッケージのオファーがあれば、滞在してもよいだろう。 |

Our room was extremely hot. Engineering called 3 times and did not fix problem. Internet did not work. On the second day the manager moved us to an upgrade room and it was lovely. Everything worked fine and it helped change our minds about the hotel. I found the hallways very dark. In general the lighting in the hotel was very modern, but dark and uninviting. I would have preferred more light that would yield a more warm impression. |

It is a comfortable, pleasant environment, with nice food. Also, interesting smells and candles all around. I had asked for a room with a view and was, for a start, given a room looking onto walls. They said by 'view' they understood I meant... Windows. I accepted to be downgraded in order to have a better view but they said I still had to pay for the executive room. They just offered free breakfast. And another thing, personally I dislike their kind of automatic, robotic mini bar. |

The comfort of the bed. Where do you get your pillows?!? Concierge extremely polite and helpful. Pre-booking of special chocolates and flowers no trouble to staff. Request of favourable room also taken into account when e-mailed as special occasion! No complimentary tea or coffee in room, only water. |

Beautiful building, very relaxing with an excellent shower! Efficient and friendly staff. Location for central London was perfect - ideal for city shopping or theatre break. 2 minutes walk from tube |

Our room was ready early at 12pm. The room looked as though it had recently been refurbed and was of a high standard. The location was good as it was near Oxford st and a 15min walk to Covent Garden. Would stay here again |

The cleanliness and lovely decor of the hotel..... hotel staff were lovely too. The shower wouldn't get hot just luke warm & a bedside light was broken! |

Welcoming, excellent service, helpful reception staff, good sized room which was extremely clean and comfortable, great location just off Oxford Street. Would recommend including breakfast, good selection in very nice lounge to set you up for the day! The very heavy scent in reception area |

This hotel was brilliant value for the rate we received, including a late check out. It was just a few minutes walk to Regent St shopping, Charing Cross Road, Soho and a lesiurely walk to Picadilly Circus. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a classy and comfortable in a great location (if you can get a good rate like we did!) |

cosy feel, though a bit bland, nothing really special about it, really standard very small "double" room, minibar was lacking - when I questioned the staff on this, they told me "it had probably been removed" : very helpful indeed...hadn't thought abvout that myself |
