Nyrenoverat och snyggt, läckert inrett rum med gott om plats (tvärtemot vad en del andra skrivit här) mycket fräscht badrum. Mycket bekväma sängar. Prisvärt när man bokar i god tid och får som vi 3 nätter för priset av 2, gav ett nattpris på ca 1000 kr, helt OK, Mycket centralt läge, nära till shopping och annat. Vänlig personal. Bra bar. En mycket bra indisk restaurang precis över gatan, rekommenderas!! Minibaren är automatisk, vilket betyder att man inte kan använda kylskåpet för egna saker, som minibaren inte erbjuder. Frukostpriset 22 £ som gjorde att vi inte ens övervägde att äta frukost där då det vimlar av bra cafeer i omgivningarna.Korridorerna var varma och luktade instängt och unket. |

Personalen och servicen var jättebra.. Det var inte så barnvänligt fick bära barnvagnen upp och ner för trapporna utanför. Rummen var mycket mindre än som utgår på bilderna vi hade ändå en studio svit. |

Möjligen rummet, men vi blev uppgraderade från superior till deluxe. Annars var rummen urusla. Vi tittade på fyra rum som var superior (urdyra) och de var verkligen dåliga. Se ovan. Plus att personalen knappt kunde engelska och var ovanligt fräniga. Dessutom tog de 30 pund per natt i pant, utan att säga till oss, vilket blev SEK 3000 som fattades på mitt konto när jag skulle shoppa. Det tog nio dagar innan vi fick tillbaka panten! Frukosten för 22 pund var inget vidare. |

vi var där väldigt kort så mest bara sova. men för max 2000sek så rekommenderar jag det pga läget till för oss Euston gångavstånd och hela oxford street runt hörnet. perfekt.mycket proffsigt i sin helhet.jag slår till igen nästa gågn om ja gfår det till samma pris. |

Luftkonditionering fungerade inte. Vi hade ca 30 grader i rummet vars fönster var mot en instängd (tak glas) innegård. Det var rena rama växthus. Första natten var katastrof. Hotellets personal försökte fixa filtret i luftkonditionering men det fungerade inte. Till slut fick vi en svit för samma pris + att de tog bort första natten från notan. De hanterade situationen på ett proffsigt sätt! TACK |

It is a comfortable, pleasant environment, with nice food. Also, interesting smells and candles all around. I had asked for a room with a view and was, for a start, given a room looking onto walls. They said by 'view' they understood I meant... Windows. I accepted to be downgraded in order to have a better view but they said I still had to pay for the executive room. They just offered free breakfast. And another thing, personally I dislike their kind of automatic, robotic mini bar. |

Beautiful building, very relaxing with an excellent shower! Efficient and friendly staff. Location for central London was perfect - ideal for city shopping or theatre break. 2 minutes walk from tube |

Welcoming, excellent service, helpful reception staff, good sized room which was extremely clean and comfortable, great location just off Oxford Street. Would recommend including breakfast, good selection in very nice lounge to set you up for the day! The very heavy scent in reception area |

This hotel was brilliant value for the rate we received, including a late check out. It was just a few minutes walk to Regent St shopping, Charing Cross Road, Soho and a lesiurely walk to Picadilly Circus. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a classy and comfortable in a great location (if you can get a good rate like we did!) |

cosy feel, though a bit bland, nothing really special about it, really standard very small "double" room, minibar was lacking - when I questioned the staff on this, they told me "it had probably been removed" : very helpful indeed...hadn't thought abvout that myself |

the room was nice and the position was ideal as we were going to the theatre. Close to the tube and convenient for city attractions I can't believe how difficult it was to get something to eat. Waited in the upstairs lounge as told by the receptionist for a snack and no one arrived so eventually went out to a local cafe. After the theatre we decided not to eat out but return to the hotel but again was told no service and too late for room service at 11pm even though the hotel information says room service available all night - ended up managing to get a sandwich. Ordered newspapers but none arrived and the queue for reception was tiresome. Seemed to be very understaffed which effected the service level |

the location of the hotel is perfect for all sightseeing it is a quiet area the staff make you feel most welcome and the hotel was very clean me and my wife had a most enjoyable stay. |
