Proximity to train station Room preparation was abyssmal. Reception staff failed to relay the correct message to housekeeping because they were not paying attention to complaint. Problems with room were never rectified.Tables in breakfast area were not wiped clean. Health and safety standards - poor. Duty manager on departure took note of formal complaint but no deduction made to bill |

Excellent location if travelling by train, straight through from Station to Hotel which also adjoins new Shopping Centre. Staff very helpful and stored luggage when we arrived early and also after departure. On 7th floor, but still quite a lot of outside noise (though being a city centre hotel, this is expected to a certain extent). 1 lift out of order in morning which led to a bit of waiting time. |

The location was perfect and was handy for train and shops. Also the hotel was very clean. We had a problem booking in on time and were given the wrong room by mistake but this was quickly resolved |

Location, cleanliness and comfort. The hotel seems to have more patrons than facilities, always had to wait for lift, then it would stop on every floor on way up ar down till we were like sardines! Had to bring our breakfasts over to the bar as there was no tables and queues in breakfast room!! |

Room was really good, breakfast buffe was fantastic and the staff very quick! The person who received us at the reception was not very responsive, almost mechanically, also indicated that it cost 12 £ to park, but not that it is free on weekends!! |

Location at the new Union Square complex at Aberdeen Railway Station is ideal if arriving by train or bus and also excellent for all the new shops as well as being only a few minutes walk from the main thoroughfare, Union Street. The additional cost of breakfast means that you are paying for a cooked meal even if you only want cereal and toast. The mattress cover did not fit well and made for a lumpy bed. Could not get the subtitles off the tv screen. |

It is a modern and comfortable hotel in a perfect location for city centre Aberdeen. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. The hotel is exceptionally affordable and ideal for a weekend away of shopping, eating and drinking! |

This is a very good and well located hotel. Staff were lovely and most helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Perhaps some front desk staff with knowledge of city for directions etc. Some more training for bar staff in the art of filling a good pint of the "Black Stuff from St. James' Gate". |

I was pleased that everything was in order and there was nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I was to nit pick, I would say check-in could be a bit quicker. |
