very near St Georges Hall, room comfortable, clean , breakfast hot and much choice. Coffee machine in room with no instructions to use it, a small fridge with no milk in, would have liked a shower cap in the bathroom. Requested a wake up call, but didn't receive it!

Gym was well equiped, and the staff were helpful. Food was a little poor and not enough milk in the room to allow you milk with every brew. No fridge in the room.

Clean, comfortable room, efficient and friendly, helpful staff, central location. Because there were so few staying on our 2nd night, our breakfasts were cooked to order so fresh and hot, unlike first night when the buffet items had been there for ages, tepid and leathery Cooked breakfast from buffet on 1st morning had been standing too long and was leathery and tepid. Staff should have checked this without our having to ask for fresh eggs! VERY noisy nightclub at the back of the hotel, which went on until after midnight playing awful music and very loud DJ.

The hotel was lovely. There was a bit of confusion about the booking. I booked online and rang a couple of days before to confirm the payment the person I spoke to said it gone through but went I checked in they said it hadn't. It was resolved quickly but I was a bit disapointed that I couldn't just check in. The only thing I was frustrated by was that I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a coffee. Once someone came they were apollogetic and catered to my every need.

Helpful staff at breakfast, pleasant young Asian lady helped me with a couple of things, such as went to reception to find out check out time and helped with a wet cloth when I spilled beans on my top Unhelpful bar staff, young, tall, thin boy, unwilling at first to change a pepsi for a diet pepsi (on draft) as I originally asked for diet coke and then said I preferred pepsi and then realised he didn't get diet pepsi but regular, when queried he said he'd poured it now and was not open to changing it. I went back to the bar a minute or two later and asked to speak to who was in charge and all of a sudden he offered to change it. It was an on tap soft drink not a double shot and I would have thought he'd have offered to change it immediately and without question in a reasonable hotel. Also, at check out, blonde foreign girl was not at all friendly and didn't smile.

Hotel ideally situated for my purposes and very close to shops. Bradford itself was very run down and not visitor friendly (shopping centre closing down at 17:25)

Good clean room. Good value for money. Spacious. Really hard pillows and no others available even after phoning reception. The staff tried to help but couldn't. Could hear faint dance music from the nearby nightclub. Slept very badly.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good standard. Although i used my debit card to book online and check in when i arrived i was unable to charhe a drink to my room. Nor use my debit card ro pay for my drink at the bar as the amount was under £5. (Really? A hotel chain?) Would expext that in an independant petrol station or newsagent. This cost me a further £2.10 for a bottle of water (extortionate) so i could use my card. Its the little things when your away from home on business that really annoy you!

We liked the location, cleanliness and the breakfast of the hotel. We booked 2 rooms with breakfast through booking.com, but when we arrived the receptionist said they had no record of our having paid for breakfast as well. We didn't have the confirmation email with us, but luckily we had the booking number, pin code and our laptop with us and could find the booking details. Having shown it to the receptionist, she amended our booking and luckily we didn't have to pay for 6 breakfasts twice. So be warned, take your confirmation email with you to avoid any misunderstanding.

The bed was very comfortable. Extra pillows already available. Free Wi-Fi was a big plus. The TV with freeview was great. Breakfast was excellent and didn't have to get up too early since it was served until 10.30am. Lovely bathroom, very smart and clean. Loved the toiletries. Ability to set room temperature to our preference. The cost of parking.
