The general ambiance of the hotel, friendliness and efficiency of staff, cleanliness, the quality of the bedding, and the nice open welcoming coffee bar atmosphere in the foyer which made us stay well after we had checked out just to chat over a coffee and cake. Nothing.

When we got to the hotel thankfully I had printed my booking reservation as apparently booking.com had only reserved us a double room instead of a family room! The 4 of us ended up sharing a double bed and a single bed, needless to say I had no sleep! There were no family rooms available to give us! I would advise anyone booking a family room to ring the hotel direct to ensure the correct room has been booked for them! Other than that the hotel was fantastic.

Chose Jurys as it offered a triple room at an excellent price. The room and on-suite (bath with shower over) was big by London standards. Very comfortable beds. It was a convenient location with Imperial Wharf overground station very close and one stop to Clapham Junction which links to rest of London. Staff very pleasant. Lovely breakfast buffet. Met our expectations.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel was located within 2 minutes walking distance of Imperial Wharf overland train with excellent connections to the District and Central lines. The WiFi was prohibitively expensive. It also cost £1 per 10 minutes to use the pc. Breakfast was pricey at £11

Very conveniently located. Room is nice and the hotel is generally in very good condition. Paying £5 for 1 hour of internet or £10 for 24 hours. Get with the times, Jury's! Should be free! I would only recommend if someone didn't need internet access.

We liked the hotel which is modern, clean and bright. The room was a reasonable size though the bathroom was small. Very comfortable beds. The location is excellent with a short walk to the riverside, plenty of local cafes, pubs and restaurants, and near to Chelsea Harbour. Imperial Wharf station is very close with easy connections to all parts of London. Clapham Junction, the biggest rail hub in the country, is one stop away. We will stay here again. It's easy to reach by road but the hotel is surrounded by no parking signs -there is not even an area to park and unload. The room had only one small upright chair - in a room for two people you might both want to sit at the same time! This is a minor point that applies to many hotels.

Imperial wharf station and tesco express right outside entrance to hotel which brings the cost down if you are on a budget with children. Under 11's travel free on trains in London and was £3.50 for day travel ticket for my 11yr old. Over riding feature of this hotel is that it doesn't do anything to sell itself!-it could atleast offer a kids menu and try to push eating at its restaraunt by offering family deals-because it didn't we ate elsewhere when would have like to dine at the hotel atleast 1night. The NCP car park is directly behind the hotel on the same street, costs around £30 for 24hrs. Quite pretentious-not very child friendly. Massively expensive breakfast menu. Lack of information about immediate surrounding area.

Above average quality and room size. Enormous double bed! A bit out of the city, but located so close to Imperial Wharf London Overground station, so not a problem. Room was a little cold as the window was draughty.
