a) The rooms are spacious and clean. b) Friendly stuff. c) The price per night was low and good value for money. d) Near the hotel (1 minute walk) there is the overground station of Imperial Wharf. Getting the overground you can get within 15 minutes to Shepherd's Bush where you can find the enormous shopping centre "Westfiled". Except from the shopping centre at Shepherd's Bush there is a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafes and cinemas which serves as an “oasis” in the “desert” near the hotel. a) The hotel is actually located quite far from the city centre. More specifically in order to get to the city centre (say Oxford Circus) it takes about 40-50 minutes and at least two overground/underground train changes. Although, personally, I didn’t have a problem with the travelling time and the numerous train changes, I can assure you that people of ages above 50 years old, will find it very inconvenient. From the young people’s perspective, the negative thing with this is the early return time from their night outings to the city centre (since the underground/overground service terminates at 00:00). Actually, what can save the night life of people of all ages is Shepherd's Bush. It should be noted, though, that you still have to go back to the hotel relatively early (for Mon-Thu the last train from Shepherd's Bush station is at 23:34, whereas for Fri-Sun the last train is at 23:50). b) The internet access is not free. For the Wi/Fi or the in-room internet access it costs £5 the one hour. Even the central computer in the reception area requires a £1 coin in order to get an internet access for 20 minutes.

Good value for London, spacious and clean room. Was allocated a room that joined with another via internal door. Whilst this helps when families wish to stay in adjoining rooms, is most undesirable as a single occupier due to noise transmission through door.

Cleanliness, Comfortable Beds, Nice Bar, Good Food. Bar staff had a little difficulty understanding what I wanted when I ordered. For example they did not know what decaffinated tea was. However once they understood all was good.

Jury's Inn was in an ideal location and quiet, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was suited for all tastes. As we checked in late there was no room service for food so we had to order out which extended our evening later than expected.

The stay at Jury Inn Chelsea, was a special trip for myself and 2 grown up children, we decided on Jurys as it offered a triple room at a very good price, we were all pleasantly surprised at the location and the Hotel itself , also the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, i would certainly recommend the hotel, and would use it again.

Good morning The toilette was running and not fixed at our request, we were given a discount on the price but it would be better to fix the toilette! The remote controle for the TV was not working.. The room was nice and the staff at the desk were pleasant but only one person on the desk left you with a waiting line and telephone call in from rooms that could not be answered quickly.. ringing and with a lot of excuse me whilst the person answered thge various calls.. I hope this helps you Yours Sincerely T Richardson

Nice and tidy hotel. Our room was clean, beds ok. Air conditioner was quite loud so some people might find that as a disturbance of sleep.

Great location reasonable price. Constant renovations in bar and foyer builders everywhere, wet paint, noise dust, discomfort. Awful smell of paint when trying to have meal. If hotel is being renovated it should be closed until finished, or we should have been offered discount on price after all we are paying full price, and not having all facilities. No staff ever apologised for renovation discomfort.

excellent for a family hotel large rooms and you could not beat the price for a decent hotel hotel in middle of refurbishment and rooms are well fitted and clean as the price is so good for a hotel of this standard it does seem to attract large groups ( while we were there there was a large group of young rugby players ) and although we were lucky it could be a nuisance however i have to say the hotel staff handle it well and went out of the way to prevent upheaval at breakfast

The location was excellent, just behind the hotel is Imperial Wharf overground station. This is just 3 stops from Shepherds Bush, from where you can get the underground into anywhere in central London. At Shepherds bush just next to the station is a huge Westfields shopping mall which is fantastic. The breakfast is great with a very good selection of hot and cold food and nice clean surroundings We had a room for 3 which was clean and comfortable
