Very reasonable price for quality of hotel and location. Too many hotels in London charge a fortune and provide poor facilities. A welcome change!
Not on the tube so a bit out of the way if using public transport.
Too much noise from outside revellers and bathroom waste system noisy. very disappointing.
This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in with exceptional service. We had an amazing time.
Friendly staff, warm cookie on arrival always a bonus, nice spacious room, good tea & coffee facilities.
15 min walk from Fulham Broadway tube station, though there's an overground station a couple of minutes away. Very disconcerting to find, during the night, evidence of the previous guest, however. Moving the pillows to get comfy, I found a Doubletree envelope with "Mr Beaucroft" written on it, stuck between the pillow and the headboard. Too sleepy to kick up a fuss, I told the front desk staff at check out. Hopefully something is donebb
The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not initially like the room we were allocated. The staff happily moved us to a better room. We were even given a complimentary breakfast for some inconvenience during the room move. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay.
Recently refurbished, contemporary, compact, relatively quiet, good wi-fi
In-house food a bit limited and clientele a bit corporate - but that includes me I guess!
Willingness of staff to come and remedy the smell. You can't get rid off room odour that easily.
An an alternative room wasn't available on the same floor to change to.
very close to the tube station, friendly staff
A great little hotel, not in Central London, but good position for Chelsea Harbour and just around the corner from Imperial Wharf overground station. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast too.
Nothing, all was good.
Value for money at this or lower (ha) price. Tho the breakfast at £17.00 each is bit steep, especially as you can get breakfast nearby for a third of the price.
Had third floor room, which did have some noise from the street, but this is London.
I found my stay very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was in the perfect location close to Stamford bridge and Chelsea harbour.
The only complaint I had was that the rooms were very warm at night making it difficult to sleep. The restuarant was also very warm.
I loved how clean the room was. Additionally the way the room was set out, the warm welcome with the cookie.
Everything was perfect.
Comfy Bed. Helpful Staff.
It was fine for me re location as in near to where I had to be for work but otherwise if a tourist maybe a bit out of the way.
no car parking
friendly staffs. and wonderful breakfast
too noisy to stay on the first floor.facing the road.
Great service as booked just hours before arriving. Loved cookie on arrival .
Couldn't get wifi to work in room.
The reception staff were extremely professional and friendly.
Room view, over a council dustbin hq
brilliant hotel location rooms were excellent staff done anything we asked
This hotel was a good choice if looking to stay fairly centrally in London, at a good value rate (if you book ahead), but away from the really busy, noisy areas. There is an easy overground link, which gets you quickly onto the tube network. Rooms were a good size, with all you could need. Good bathrooms too. We didnt eat at the hotel, so no comment on food, but overall service was helpful and friendly.
Really good hotel. It's not central, but it's well connected both by overground and by buses, which are near just a two minute walk. Staff is very kind and will try to solve every problem you could have. Rooms are clean and large for London standards. It's not easy to find a better accomodation in London for that price.
Modern and clean with all facilities we required ie iron and board, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, TV and wifi was good. No noise from adjacent rooms. Very comfortable beds. Plenty mirrors.
Not a great view from room and is a little bit out from Central London but overground is just next to hotel but does take 3 changes to get into Main attractions.
Staff were very friendly and helpful Accommodation was very clean and very comfortable Excellent food
Found breakfast a bit pricey at £17 each as we did not book including breakfast
