Close to pubs and nightlife. Nice hotel.

Taxi can't pull up outside. Only on the other side of the dual carriage way. A problem if its raining or mobility issues.

All the staff were very accommodating and very friendly, haven't a bad word to say about this visit the room was great and the food too.

The room was fantastic. Clean, neat & a good layout. Definitly would visit again! And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We've stayed a couple of times our daughter is at derby Uni and so it's a perfect location :)

Everything apart from one thing!

It is very difficult to find the hotel as my gps didnot recognise the postcode. Also it was necessary to park some distance away as the car park was full which was a deinite minus.

Car park spaces bit on small side

The staff are lovely, the place is very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and very handy for town.

Our shower was shocking - when we got there we were offered a quieter room which incorporated a disabled shower, which was fine, but it barely worked and was very disappointing. The three main things you want from a hotel room are a comfy bed, and a decent shower/bath

Parking, or rather lack of this as the garage is too small for the hotel size.

Nothing, I always stay at this hotel in the same room

Location was very good and rooms were of a good size and clean. We only stayed for one night and didn't dine in so I can't comment on the food but I'm sure it would be excellent.

I can't see why you charge for the car park when it's for hotel guests only. Most other hotels with their own car park do not charge for this facility.

Rooms were clean and nice. Location great for derby.

The parkings not very good as it's so small so you end up parking elsewhere but there's a multi storey 2 minutes away.

Location was excellent. Bar food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Restaurant food was not very good. Breakfasts were ok but pricey for what was on offer. Staff misinformed me about how the car parking charges were calculated so I had to pay £6 more because I went over the 12.00 cut-off which was very annoying especially as I had specifically asked about it. The member of staff agreed she had got it wrong but I still had to pay it. So parking for 2 nights was pricey at £15.00.

Not easy to get into or out of when driving and unfamiliar with Derby's rather bizarre one way system Elevator from. Ad park to lobby would be a huge bonus Parking stalls too narrow
