The proximity to the train as we were travelling with heavy luggage. Lack of ready access to Wi Fi. Outside the hotel was a little grotty but I' m sure that wasn't their issue.

Close to train station. Very convenient for joining sight-seeing tours. The curtains in the room are not shielding light from outside.

The proximity to the city. We paid for an executive room, but found it to be very basic. Overall very disapointed as this was a special celabratory occasion.

It was near to the Castle but we could not park nearby The food was not good I had to send it back. We were kept awake the first night by a couple fighting next door. The following night at 2am there were bottles being thrown into a skip. The restaurant was like a canteen and the bar was very basic

There was no air conditioning in the room and it was a very hot day, even opening the window did not make any difference. For a hotel that can charge over £300 per room per night I think this is ridiculous. Had to sleep with the window open at night, but the noise from the steps below the window was too much and had to either suffer heat or noise..
