Location and comfort
Hot efficient showers and comfy beds
The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious. Food in the hotel was value for money.
All The staff and service from arrival to departure - second to none ! We booked a superior room between 3 of us sharing ( friend's birthday celebration ) and the added little extra's - bottle's of water, free paper and costa coffee all added to the usual exceptional standard of everything the Jury's Inn offers in any length of stay.
Shower Sleep quality Staff Comfort
Not a lot
Good location very close to the centre, with parking at close proximity. The staff were both friendly and very helpful. The room were of good standard.
Breakfast, what was on offer was very good, but they were very slow in replenishing them, so in some instances you were having to wait for the food for some time.
Contemporary rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Location could hardly be bettered.
good location with quiet rooms on the back side, decent bar in reception area. quiet room at the rear. decent price if breakfast parking and wifi are not needed.
useless slow wifi with very weak signal, breakfast not included, parking not included. drab rooms in need of refurbishing. some rooms are tiny. no shelves or drawers to put clothes, only a few hangers. no minibar and substandard soap and shampoo.
Very central for city, bus station just over the road. Staff were pleasent and helpful.
No carpark on site, the pay sites were opposite and at the rear but both cost.
No fridge , no toilet equipment such shaving , tooth brushes , etc Ladies spa kit and sweing kit shower cap , loations , etc
Breakfast was very good
Not a lot of quality sleep as noise from next room
Most things. Nothing much to complain about. Staff were excellent and friendly. Good food and good location for the hotel.
Hotel had NO Gordens gin. It wasn't only myself that complained about this small problem.
The wifi was excellent .staff was very helpful .
The pillow was much too hard . Voile curtain so that people from th vue building can't see us in th room
Centre of city, room for three adults, clean
Pillows not comfortable
The location was great for the city centre shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable and fine for a short stay. It was helpful to have wifi and tea & coffee-making facilities in our room.

very poor staff service and non existant friendly persona.
Location, cleanliness & staff freindliness
No ridge in room & no drawer space to put clothes, or bathroom items
location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness and size of room
beds too soft so woke with bad back. other stayers very noisey in night waking us up and later in evening strong smell of sick in corridor outside our room
Perfect location to visit the university
The day we visited was very busy and breakfast was overloaded
It was quite a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. It is situated in a fantastic location, so getting around town and to/from the airport was extremely easy- despite the fact that we weren't using a car on our trip. Since it was the summer when we stayed there, we made use of the air conditioning at times, and we found it to work quite well. The room was equipped with almost anything one could need, including: a decent hair dryer, ironing facilities, some toiletries and a tray with tea and coffee and biscuits (which were refilled daily). Moreover, housekeeping came to clean the room every day, and if for some reason they had missed the room, they'd be there after a simple phone call. All of the staff at the hotel was very helpful and polite. Finally, it was also nice to have free wi-fi anywhere in the hotel. On the whole, there were more things that I liked than I disliked, and I'd definitely consider staying there again.
There are very few things which I think could have been better. Firstly, I think that the restaurant & bar prices were a bit expensive and there could've been a greater selection of meals. Secondly, there could've been a few more different types of toiletries in the bathroom (e.g. toothpaste and moisturisers- since it boasts about having SPA toiletries). Thirdly, sometimes it was a bit noisy early in the morning and late at night due to loud people making noise and the traffic lights outside. Finally, the wi-fi was a bit problematic at times, and it was quite slow for the most part. However, taking everything into consideration, there wasn't much to complain about it.
Proper bed for child in room rather than a fold out one
Breakfast wasn't brilliant, lots of items had run out
Fire alarm at stupid o clock
Nice enjoyable stay with the family. The food we had in the restaurant for dinner was excellent, the mushroom ravioli and potato gnocchi dishes were excellent.
