Clean Room, Breakfast and close to the City Centre., University Parking Arrangements. Add at least £10 per night ncp parking. But if you look around, you can park near the hotel on the street/pay&go parking after 18:30 for free

Location. Bed was'nt changed from previous person in room. The bed sheets had blood on them and used by some=one else. In the morning at 8am we were awoke by cleaning staff pulling trolleys and talkink loud . It was after all a holiday . Staff brought us more bedding and my husband and I re-made the bed ourselves. Other wise the breakfast was very good . We usually use Premier Inns and have never had a problem. Please comment!!

Location Impersonal and unhelpful staff. Bathroom has fixed-head shower, loo ran constantly. Looked good, but lacked things like tissues, toiletries etc. Also had to pay for wifi and it was expensive.

Easy to walk into city and look at sites. Staff were extremely helpful to make the parking situation easier etc. The parking situation, although a discount was available, parking costs added more to the total stay.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The internet is far too expensive. It should be free or a few pounds per day. This is how it is in all of the decent hotels I have stayed at in Europe (even Russia).

It was in a perfect location for visiting my daughter who lives in the city centre, the hotel was very clean and tidy They could do with putting some draws in the rooms as there isnt any at all, so nowhere for your smalls! Breakfast needs more selection as I did'nt want to pay £8.50 for a coffee and piece of toast .There was an idiot trashing his room next door very drunk and very loud at 3.30am but nobody came to do anything about him

I was staying with my wheelchair dependant husband, and our room was just perfect for his needs, with loads of room, and an excellent bathroom Hard to find hotel in Exeter. Even after staying there for a few nights, we couldnt find our way back to it. Maybe more signposts around the city would help.

I found the staff not too friendly. If you have a problem, even the manager doesn't seem to want to help you. The breakfast was packed, breakfast area to small for all the guests. Otherwise, the room is fine and there is value for money. But that's all you get.

Very nice hotel and food good.Great location for shopping. Ran out of cutlery at breakfast and an iron in the room was not included. For £95 a night would have wanted the iron and not have to ask for one. This however did not spoil my weekend I have to add.

The staff on reception were welcoming and efficient. The room was a good size and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and especially liked the fact that eggs were cooked freshly on request.

Breakfast could have had more choice. Bar and restaurant lacks ambience and too brightly lit in the evening. Not conducive to a relaxing drink before we went out to eat

Front desk staff (Tim ?) extremely helpful and offered us a choice of rooms on our arrival. Breakfast area a little "busy" but had the option to sit in the main seating area of the hotel if needed. Clean and tidy, it met our requirements for a city centre hotel that offered bed & breakfast at a reasonable price.
