BathRoom was very dirty.
Breakfast until 10am and 12pm check out time. Superb
The modern, clean appearance of the hotel
Staff on reception where very attentive and helpful
Asked for a liqueur coffee for two after 15 minuet wait got what can only be describe as a white coffee in a glass. On the Saturday evening was watching football in the bar on Sky sports when at half time the channel was changed on complaining to the bar staff was told the manager had changed it . When he was contacted he said you cant have been watching as we dont have Sky sports .We did complain about this to the duty manager the next day who kindly refunded our car park charge . Also it may help if the bar staff could be trained in how to pour a pint of beer Rant over .other than that a very pleasent weekend
Location close to city centre
Noisy room near the lift
Great value and good position. Breakfast was great.
Car parking could be an issue.
Close to centre, clean comfortable. Friendly staff, recent refurb and best pricing compared with other hotels.
Road noise slightly noticeable from 6 a.m. Breakfast expensive @ £10, so went to Patisserie Valerie instead.
Central location friendly people value for money
Couldn't connect to internet
the bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious, the bar area had a lovely atmosphere and lovely staff.
well they charged is for 2 rooms instead of one telling us that we had booked too rooms, all we could hear was the people in the room next to us.
clean room central location really lovely staff biscuits in the room
bar closing at 1.30
Ideally placed near to the city centre, a nice comfortable bed and the bar was plush.
The view wasn't great but we didn't spend much time in the hotel. This is minor really.
breakfast really good :)
room service food ! very poor
Location first and we also thought the breakfast was excellent value.
Our room was a bit pokey but for a one night stay it was adequate.
Great for shopping, lovely staff and clean comfortable hotel.
Bar is a bit expensive and the wifi is very poor and again expensive, especially if your staying for a few days.
Warm room Free Wifi not restricted to 30mins
Nothing not to like
The tv control did not work
The efficiency of the staff, the overall ambience and the quality of the rooms
The Breakfast area is far too warm!!
location,24 hour reception cover
lack of small fridge
The fact that we could as we were too tired to go out
Things on menu not available. One Staff in restaurant had difficulty understanding English. We went from restaurant to bar meal as "specials board" had no "specials". Waited 25 mins for expensive burger & lukewarm chips. Don't usually eat in hotel & won't again.
Good basic accommodation ideally located for the shops.
Our room was a bit too small for three adults and there weren't enough pillows, but these are minor faults and wouldn't stop us from returning.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Looked after us really well. Easy to get into city centre walking so would return again.
Good location, clean room, helpful staff.
Free wifi is very weak, the upgrade for 10 pounds for two days is expensive, but good quality, for up to 4 devices. The double bed is rather small, unkess you want ti snuggle, go for twins.
Everything really especially location.
Convenience. Parking opposite. Reasonable price.
Empty hot selection trays. at breakfast. Plates literally too hot and burnt holders, not just me.
