Convenient for Exeter Uni

Only stayed for one night but everything was fine

hotel staff excellent even though they were swamped with several coach loads of new customers. (not normal according to the driver for them to use this hotel)

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly.

The bathroom was very basic and poorly finished off. There was no shaver point and no shower cap: even B&B's have these! The hairdryer was hidden away on the floor under the dressing table in the quite poorly lit room, so we didn't find it until we were packing up to leave.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, lots of tea making stuff.

The cleanliness, the breakfast, and the location to city and bus station.

The water from the icemaker in the corridor had a strange chemical taste. Although we hung up towels to reuse, they were replaced.(This happens in many hotels!) These are comments, - not complaints.

Comfortable bed, heating system was easy to use. Within very close proximity to the city centre. Very friendly and caring staff, couldn't have been of better help.

I didn't like not having a bath in the room and the room was very compact but this did not effect my stay at all. Paying £7 per night to park after paying a lot for the hotel room already.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable.Great location, close to every thing and great value for money, what more could you want!

We liked the room. Bed was comfortable and linen imaculate.The breakfast was good.

Being put in room right by lift that kept me a wake until early morning but when asked to be moved the following morning we was moved straight away

Clean and pleasant room and the staff were very accommodating.

The location was rather out of the way from Exeter city centre. Also, I consider £85 for a single room rather exorbitant, and was appalled to find that this didn't even include Internet.

Good location for the trip, generally helpful staff, girl at reception was very nice and extremely helpful. Rooms seemed clean and were very comfortable, with lots of hot water. Standard of breakfast was good

Breakfast plates were very small and just a very small thing but it drove me mad during breakfast, one of the doors to the kitchen had not had the door closer adjusted correctly and was closing with a bang every time someone went in or out, could be fixed in 2 minutes

Reception staff very bright, attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good location for the City. Handy, cheap parking across the road.

£4.10 for a bottle of water. Lack of clothes storage space in the room - but then this is probably a one-night only venue for most. No shaver socket on the bathroom.

60 pound a night and I couldn't make a local phone call without being charged, or get free Wifi access, most cafes offer free Wifi why wouldn't a 60 pound a night hotel offer that. Room was basic, two lights were blown, paint peeled off in bathroom.

Loved exeter, what a lovely place.
