You know what you're going to get with Jurys Inn, having stayed at several in different locations. Main reasons for picking this hotel were the availability of Family room (1 x double, 1 x single and a baby cot) and the rate. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Also the price we paid at the end of the week's stay was less than that originally quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Islington is excellent location to stay with excellent local facilities and public transport -15 mins into centre of london on the bus or tube. |

Conveniently placed for restaurants and Design Centre; also convenient for Underground to central London. Clean and modern bedroom with appropriate facilities for a 4* hotel. Bar area dingy and old fashioned with inadequate level of service. |

Ease of access to the Underground Next door (room) had a door that slammed and made the bedhead shake |

It was very close the restaurants/bars and shops and was in a nice area. There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, however it was rather pricey for what it was/offered. |

I have stayed in this Hotel many times over the years. It is always one of the nicer London Hotels. This time I feel I was exploited on the Tuesday and Thursday as the price was Hiked beyond reason on those two nights. |

Booked this hotel for its location which suited us fine. It seems to be quite an old hotel and it showed in the bathroom fittings - clean but old. |

We stayed in a triple room, it was very comfortable. We were attending a conference. Breakfast was really nice. There wasn't enough cups in the room as there were 3 of us and only 2 cups! |

the front of house was good, informative and helpful. Its location for Eurostar, Then its Bus and Tube Location, the choice of shops locally and the restaurants and bars nice area and central for everything. The Oyster card for travel was excellent and made for quick comfortable transfers and travel air conditioning was noisy at night.Room furniture (Chairs)extremely uncomfortable,TV schedule limited & no DVD player attached,London is great but there R slabs of time when a good film at time of ones choice wud be very useful. No drying facilities.Fire alarm going off for 5 to 10 secs and no ref in hotel notes saying it was being done, rang reception they gave us cock a mamey answer which was not encouraging as they obviously did not know what was happening.Room tarriffs per day shud B transparent. You have excellent location.Noise is an issue on front of hotel B nice to have choice front or back of Hotel when available |

room was quite large (esp for London) the bathroom was not particularly clean, and the hotel staff were not particularly helpful on check in, spending far too long on the phone and then faffing around trying to find my reservation |

proximity to King's Cross station, plenty of bars in vicinity, tea making machine in the room expensive breakfast - go to one of the cafes down the street instead (for half the price), sink in the bathroom (draining of water very slow) |
