I was stay in the hotel twice in month, 5 days in total as I booked online before I get start of my trip, and I expect to have a nice hotel with nice staff in this price. I spend 175 pounds per night in average. I asked for the staffs for a free breakfast, they got a thousand of excuses and make me very dissappointed. Compared to holiday Inn or other hotel in london, it is not value at all.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful The room facilities and toiletries were basic - not what I expected from 4 star accommodation; the food served in the restaurant was ok, although the portions were far too large and the surroundings basic and a bit dated and the lighting was dingy. The most disappointing thing we found was the enormous queue for breakfast at 8.00am in the morning - we had planned to eat at the hotel but immediately changed our plans when we saw the length of the queue - the hotel obviously needs more staff when they know they have a lot of guests.

Nearly everything; all things not mentioned in the did not like section were good or excellent. The fact I would have been charged -- along with the price of it -- to use the WiFi when I could just go around the corner and use it for free was not good. The beds were also a bit hard.
