Close to Albert Dock and city of Liverpool. Great staff.

Comfy beds. Nice dinner.

Being woken at 3.45 a.m by drunken stag party arriving back and banging on bedroom door.

Very clean and tidy

Our shower was cold and without any power in it. When we told reception on checking out they apologised and that was it. I thought at least we would have got a bit of reduction to our bill. I very rarely complain but we both had cold showers.

Convenient location. Room modern and clean. Breakfast excellent. Nice bar. Staff polite and helpful. Will recommenf.

Corridor smelt very badly of toilets. Lighting very poor in rooms and no net curtains to be able to have some natural light as well as privacy.

The room was comfortable and clean.

We were very disappointed in the Staff at breakfast. On our second and third mornings staff made no attempt to set any table. They spent their time clearing tables (or chatting to each other) some giving the tables a cursory wipe and others using a serviette to sweep crumbs onto an already dirty carpet. We were expected to get our own cutlery, crockery, serviettes etc and sit at a dirty table. We did not feel that this was the quality we expected for the price we paid.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was good. Everywhere was clean and welcoming.

The bar area was noisy and the lighting totally insufficient. We were unable to turn the a/c in the room below 19oC and it was therefore uncomfortably hot.

The fact it was so near Echo Arena + just about everthing else we wanted to do whilst we were in Liverpool.

Could do with more outside signage, walked thru Staybridge Suites first before we realised Jurys next door, realise undergoing some work but even so some temporary signs would have been helpful!

Nice and close to the City and ideal place to stay if over for a match or shopping in the city.

Asked for 3 single beds in triple room and got 1 single 1 double

Corridor stank of faeces. Was sickening. Got woken up 4 times by doors slamming, people shouting in corridors. Maintanince work going on behind our room - lots of drilling behind walls very loud

The staff in the restaurant, particularly at breakfast, were very friendly, personable and attentive. I could not speak highly enough of them. I was attending a conference all week at the acc and the location is perfect.

I was given a choice between a walk in shower and a bath on arrival. I didn't realise that 'walk in shower' meant room equipped for wheelchair users. I went downstairs to change rooms immediately as I didn't want to use this room in case anyone who needed this room was unable to get one. I assumed this would be possible as I was given a choice. However, I was informed that the hotel was full and I was unable to change, which confused me as I was only given the choice 10 minutes before this. I felt reception could have been more explicit about the room standard on check in.

The room was small dated and possibly the worst jury's inn I have ever stayed at.

Pretty much as expected. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

Having to walk through a group of smokers outside the hotel's main entrance in order to check-in. Smokers should be asked to smoke further away from the entrance.

Good sized bedroom room and bathroom with contemporary furnishings and fittings etc. Good location too.

Having had a good sized dinner the evening before, we would have liked to have had a choice of breakfast,(like Premier Inns). We had coffee and a biscuit in Costa . Disappointed there were no muffins!

Nice hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. Lovely area (dock area) is lovely on a nice sunny day.

Location excellent also staff are always very friendly and efficient.

Every visit we are woken several times by really loud door slamming. Acknowledge need for fire doors etc but we've stayed in hotels where this is managed better by using 'anti-slam' door mechanisms, staff training and notices reminding customers to respect fellow guests and not to let the doors slam.

Location was excellent. Right on Albert Dock, next to the Wheel of Liverpool. 10mins walk to Liverpool 1 shopping centre. Room comfortable & clean. Lovely big bed.

Shower didn't have any hot water on first morning. Bath & sink did. Seemed to be a pressure problem, being on the top floor.

Location and friendliness of staff.

Nothing particuarly to dislike. If I'm to be picky I'll mention the fact that tea pots weren't available at breakfast.

Room smelt badly of smoke and room service woke us up at 8.30 to ask if we wanted room cleaned.

No proper soap. No face cloths.perhaps a biscuit with the tea and coffee also a selection of teas. The main course of my dinner was v. poor, the pork was extremely salty and more like gammon.

We had a meal in the restaurant and it was very disappointing. I ordered Brie and cranberry the waitress came to say that they had no cranberry sauce. I then went for the pate, I askeed for chutnety they had none!! The root vegetables were far over cooked with the apricot and peppers filled chicken. Didn't want to complain as it was my birhtday treat but we won't be eating wiht you again.
