Difficult to think of anything I didn't like. We were at the end of a long corridor, but if you were of limited mobility you could ask for one nearer the lifts. The only other thing was the sharp edged chair in the restaurant which gave me cramp, but I easily changed that next meal. The positive things far outweighed all this.
This is a no frills, eminently practical hotel, but with everything done as you would want it. Spotlessly clean, well furnished rooms, without silly pillows and bedspreads which have to be thrown in a corner at night, en suite was almost clinically clean, everything worked. Beds comfortable and lighting very practical. Conveniently situated next to Albert Dock and the hop on / hop off buses. Good multistory parking at reasonable prices nearby. Breakfast excellent with a big range of dishes. Restaurant menus reasonably priced and the two meals we had were of a high standard. One key card didn't work, but was immediately reprogrammed at reception, so no problem. We would definitely stay here again, no question.
