staff, Location,Modern hotel, Very helpful reception staff. very clean friendly house keeping staff.
no biscuits in the room
The lication was fab, friendly staff and excellent value for money
Bed was a bit small
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast choice
Stayed on the sixth floor and found it rather noisy at night - maybe proximity to air conditioning equipment
Location Nice rooms Good breakfast
Lovely hotel and ideally located within walking distance of amenities/ shopping.
Room quite noisy on Sun night. Lots of talking/shouting on corridors and from rooms. It was Sun night of bank holiday weekend. Bar menu fine but quite bssic.
The room too small.. Noise from air con....expensive for what we got...not value for money
Wonderful room, good breakfast, great staff.
As a disabled person, parking was difficult.
The hotel is quite easy to get to with lovely rooms. Central for all needs from a quick walk out to a rave in the city.
Finding the carpark - from the road all a person can see is a no entry sign but you have to drive up to this to see that the entrance is actually open
Bed to hard, pillows like bricks & quality of breakfast produce is very poor.
The only criticisms I have are that the bedrooms and bathrooms are in need of modernisation and the breakfast buffet could be ore appetising, other than that would recommend the Jury's Inn for an ideal stop over...
Excellent location for all amenities
Absolutely horrendous nights sleep due to being on a floor where there was a stag party, who kept us awake from 2am shouting, banging on doors. Surely when booking in staff should look and think don't put a mature couple on a floor with young ones who want to stay up all night till 5.30. Worse stay I've had there!
friendly and helpful staff.Overall a very comfortable hotel.
dinner in restaurant expensive and portions very small .The menu was the same every night.
Location is great
Pubic hair in bathrooms and very basic room. Premier Inn is better value. Please get rid of the shower curtain!!
The constant noise from other guest trying to get into their rooms, from 1.00am through to to 4.30am. Not acceptable.
the view was fab ,the staff very friendly and helpful ,it was near shopping centres and station . Myself ,daughter and granddaughter had gone to celebrate her exam results ,,so that meant shopping ..
It was very noisy in the hotel but only up till about 1 we did understand it was a Friday night in Liverpool and we cant blame hotel for inconsiderate other guests.
Location comfortable staff breakfast amazing
Would have liked a king size bed height of soap dispencer over sink (could only just reach) No knob inside shower door. Not able to get into alotted carpark for reduction!!!
The price was very good for the room and the food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good.
the reception was extremely cold. we met friends for coffee and it was far too cold
Nice room. Great view. Terrific location. Friendly staff.
Buffet breakfast was poor. Watery scrambled eggs , undercooked bacon. Dining room had the feel of a works canteen.
sausages have no flavour
The Hotel is very central, close to all sight seeing attractions and to Liverpool one shopping area.
Both my aunt and myself felt the location of the hotel was fantastic at an affordable rate. For the price we weren't expecting much from the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely, the food ticked all the boxes particularly the breakfast I can't say I have ever been offered such a variety to choose from. D foyer had a relaxing feel and the staff were always on hand to tend to any requests we had. Both of us really enjoyed our stay
During our visit we could not find any faults it meet our requirements
