Once again Jury's in Liverpool exceeded out expectations. Everything was perfect and we had a very comfortable stay. Location is excellent (not too far to walk after a great days shopping) and some excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Staff very helpful and always in good humour. Liverpool is one of our favourite cities and we visit a few times a year for shopping and we will always book jurys. Thanks

Very good mid range hotel. Well worth every penny. I enjoyed my week there. The proximity to the Liverpool Arena and Convention Centre (ACC) is an added bonus. The staff were courteous and helpful. I was allowed use of their fridge to store my daughter's medication. Meals were delicious and served with a smile. My colleagues and I(there for conference) were given free drinks on one evenings. I will definitely be back when i return to Liverpool for a full tour of the musuems. I will certainly recommend Jurys Inn Liverpool to any one.

We wanted to be by the Docks where we were going out for New Year's eve and the Jury's Inn offered by far the best combination of value for money and location. I was very pleased with both. The rooms are a little sterile. They could have warmer colours or more soft furnishing. They are very good othewise, spacious and comfortable.

Great spot next to the Echo arena and the big wheel on Albert dock, 10 minute walk through a nice area to the city centre. Car part was another 10 pounds a day but thIs average for Liverpool, its also very close to the hotel. Didn't get up for breakfast so can't comment on that. If you get the superior standard room its decent size. Reception was understaffed with long queues. Car park was more than the advertised 7.50 per day.

The bar area was clean comfortable, cosy & welcoming. Perfect location for Echo arena & Albert Docks & within easy walking distance of shops. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definately reccomend to others.

location excellent queue for check in - only 1 member of staff on to start with. queue for drinks in bar at night again only 1 bar staff on - did not get a drink. massive queue for breakfast in the morning - did not end up getting any breakfast as we did not want to queue. Basically not enough staff on to deal with number of guests

Excellent location, very pleased with room, lovely views over the Albert Dock and Liverpool wheel. Will definately use again and recommend to others. Thank you Didn't like the idea of using trays to bring breakfast to table, very untidy at tables and reminded me of school dinners - sorry! This was only a personal minor gripe in what was a excellent stay.

I liked nothing about it, I stayed in a superior room and that only makes me glad I did not book a standard room as there was nothing superior about it at all, very basic, small, poor lighting, 1970's style bathroom, tiny bath etc. Restaurant looked shabby with athmosphere so went outside for dinner, did not even stay for my "included" breakfast. I would not stay here again or reccomend it to anyone. Very poor, 1 out of 10, and 1 is for location only

It is a lovely hotel with nice surroundings. Not too far from shops. I liked the water which was provided on the corridor near bedrooms. The staff in the bar are ridiculously slow. There was one woman one and there was a huge que. Everything she did was very slow.

Reception staff were really friendly and welcoming and on finding out this trip was my husband's bithday treat they put a birthday card in the room. This was a nice gesture which made you feel less of a customer and more of a visitor.

Great location Efficient reception. Tea/coffee in room Costa coffee available. Upgrade/late check out facility. Good heating/air con in room. Breakfast - no table settings, cutlery , cups etc on table. 'Canteen' atmosphere - busy, messy, noisy. Fruit buffet good one day but poor the next with no yoghurt. Bathroom - soap dispenser position half way up the wall!?
