The room was a decent size. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were nice the walls are paper thin and you could hear guests next door. I was awake most of the night and had to ring reception |

A friendly welcome, attentive to my room request made with the advance booking, clean and comfortable. Great value for a three star hotel. I ordered a newspaper that did not arrive and the room was cold when we arrived. |

Location excellent, especially as attending concert opposite. Decor in rooms and corridors very plain, functional, not my taste but clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Felt that at £99 it was a bit pricey for a basic hotel and would have expected rate to be more like £75 - 80. |

Very central location close to everything.. staff where very friendly and welcoming.. We where able to check into our room early in the morning which was good cause we where very tired.. our room was very nice the bed was very comfortable. Ice and water machines in the corridors where very convenient all hotels should have this facilty.. Breakfast was very nice. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and we will certainly be returning very soon. great hotel and value for money!! Reception desk is always very busy so it made it hard to speak with staff for information etc.. maybe should have a concerige to help with in house guests needs.. No room service available. |

Good staff. Despite large ques the staff were quick adn pleasant at processing them. Hotel is big and comfortable. The smoking area is a great idea on each floor however some quests were frequently out there at night and left the door open and allowed the smokey smell into the rooms next to it. |

Hotel was nice and hotel room was value for money and comfortable, however the price of drinks at the bar I found to be very over-priced. I wouldn't say the staff were the friendliest. Took me a half hour to check in when I arrived and there was no mention when I booked the hotel that they take a 500 pound bond when you check in for anyone who has booked 3 rooms or more. This is just to make sure there is no damage to rooms, loud noise etc and you get it back when you check out. The bond thing works well because when checking in it was all young people who were staying there which made me think the corridors where the rooms are would be extremely noisey but the bond ensures that people don't make any noise. |
