It was was easy to get to. Yes, the fact that a member of staff saw fit to enter my room without notification or permission in my absence. I asked to speak to the manager, no contact was made, I also completed their feedback form and gave it to a member of staff, who I asked to pass it to the manager. Again, no contact was made. On check out, I was asked whether i'd enjoyed my stay. I could say more..... |

Location was good , close to Docks and Liverpool 1 I did expect more comfort in the room because the hotel looks more classy from the outside but the rooms are just average. |

The Staff were extremely helpful. One lady at breakfast was just delightful! We were in a room which had an optional interlocking door. We could hear every word spoken by the family next door to us...wasn't really a problem...just a wee bit irritating! |
