Ideal location for central Plymouth. Room was very clean. Quite large hotel with no noise from usual slamming doors or lifts that is normally the thing when I've stayed in other hotels of this type before, so able to get a good nights sleep. Nice welcome at the front desk on checking in and also on departure. Cookies on the reception desk when checking in was a nice welcome touch after a long day at work!
No bad experience
Everything was exactly what we needed, great place to stay and value for money, very clean all through the hotel.
Great well located staff so happy to help.
Room clean and comfortable with tea making facilities, TV and wi-fi. Staff pleasantly polite.
Painting of corridor in progress during stay. Had to dodge wet paint and painters on exiting and entering the room.
We were on 3rd floor at front of hotel which was noisy all night in addition to every internal room door banging shut on every occasion.
Very welcoming hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, good value breakfast.
Quiet room Excellent bathroom facilities Plenty of towels etc Lovely sea view Staff courteous and respectful Excellent breakfast
Lost television signal a couple of times
Fast efficient checking in. Comfortable room with a reasonable shower and bath. Good food and bar.
Finding parking in adjacent public car park quite tricky, no reserved spaces. I did eventually find a space and paid my £11, on checking in it was explained that a deal has been arranged with the local authority for reduced rates. Too late for me! I would recommend a notice on the parking ticket machine explaining the situation.
The hotel was lovely and warm and had a very relaxing feel to it from the minute you walked through the door. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of facilities.
Parking was the issue. The hotel should offer a parking ticket to cover you for the whole of your stay. We had to keep going backwards and forwards to the car park to put a ticket on. When you are away for the weekend you don't want to have to keep thinking of your car and what time the ticket runs out. The hotel do cover it from 5 pm to 11am so I can't see why they can't cover it for the whole time of your stay.
Good value excellent location family friendly
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Very close to the theatre which is why it was chosen. The breakfast was lovely too.
The view from the window was of brick walls and the coffee in the bar was from a machine and cold.

Location was perfect for us and having a room on 7th floor it was so quiet & peaceful

You need to pay something extra to have faster free wifi,
Friendly staff making check in very easy.
No breakfast in the price of the room.
A good central hotel. Quality consistent in all aspects
Having to use a public car park that was full with no reserved slots for hotel guests.
Excellent staff at reception Clean well presented room Good beverage and wifi facilities Extra pillows and blanket Excellent breakfast choice Lovely staff overall
no explanation as to work electric in room when booking in. Bar in evening struggling to keep up with number of people
Absolutely awful parking facilities!! No signage to direct you to where the cark park is situated and no where near the hotel!!
The decor was cool, modern and funky. Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay again.
The mattress was too firm for my liking, but that's just personal taste.
Central convenient location. Quiet. V friendly and informative staff. Will definitely stay again.
Hairdryer cuts out after bout 30 seconds...gets too hot. Have to walk the to cool down repeatedly and try again. Prolonged drying time but no big deal.
Very close to the Barbican , for excellent places to eat and for a walk along the sea front. Shopping on the doorstep, and staff were helpful in suggesting places to go. Perfect for visiting the University, as it is only about 400m away. Hotel very clean and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Plymouth.
Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel situated in the city centre.
It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast included in the price. And more pillows would be an advantage. Other than that I was very satisfied
