I liked the location, and the easy distances (walking) to all the places I wanted to see/visit
Someone had put a 'do not disturb' sign on our door (not us) so therefore, our beds were not made, and the tea and coffee were not replenished and nothing tidied or cleaned up. The aircon was put on (again, not us) so the room was freezing!!
Location was good optional cheap parking for your stay.
Rooms look tired and need more modernisation.and don't like that when paying by debit card they hold the room fee but pay when you leave but have to wait 7 days to get first initial payment which they hold.
All good value an excellent place to stay for my daughter's graduation ceremony.
Very good location close to town, very clean and good standards throughout. Professional staff and a good overall experiance.
Clean hotel with comfortable beds and well positioned to access all we needed.
We were not able to open our bedroom curtains as there was no net and we faced other apartments opposite and to the sides. The room did not have an attractive view facing the inner section.
Cleanliness and location
Mattress too hard
I wish we could have paid for the whole of parking needed as i ended up with a parking fine as we had an early start for our sons graduation and couldnt leave to put more on car which i was going to do when we could ..
Great location. Though on a busy road, back entrance leads to a footpath to the marina...
Parking not easy
Basics and breakfast were good.
Parking impossible! No parking on site but a car park close by which was full both Friday and Saturday night with bingo hall users. Had to park miles away!!! No assistance either with luggage transportation! Happy to see a Costa coffee shop on site but was just their name & logo, it didn't actually exist and we were just offered bog standard coffee when someone was available.
Good value for money. As you would expect from a budget hotel, no frills but clean and well situated. Reasonable bar and dining room. We stayed one night to attend a concert at Pavilions and would happily stay again.
Helpful staff, good facilities.
Bed was small, breakfast costs were very high
Double bed to small
The staff and room,

car parking facilities
Convenience & excellent breakfast!
Noise outside hotel into the night!
The hair dryer blew up when we turned it on fusing all the electrics then the hair dryer burst into flames . There was a lot of noise from other giluests in the night and the walls were so thin we could hear the people in the next room talking also there was mould around the bath overall it was a most unpleasant experience and has put me off ever staying in a jury's inn hotel again. We were on a Uni open day visit at Plymouth in contrast when we visited Nottingham we for a Uni visit we stayed at an ibis hotel this was clean and modern with no dangerous electrical appliances
hotel has no parking costs can add up parking downstairs is 11 a day expensive
Proximity to the centre of town, the Barbican and the University - perfect for going to the Uni open day.
A bit noisy at the front of the hotel due to late night students!
Liked the hotel. Staff were great.
Nothing to dislike.
Near shops an barbican
Lovely quiet room for a city centre hotel, comfortable with clear instructions for using the heating making sure it was a nice warm room, extra blanket ensured a good nights sleep.
Asked directions to the Barbican and was directed to a dark alley way onto a road where it felt very unsafe on my own in the dark.
Hotel was lovely
Didnt like the customer care
Cleanness and location very close to the centre
The room was noisy, people next door were talking loudly all night and we had ask the reception twice in the early hours of the morning to sort it out. It got quiet for a bit and then was noisy again. So we had a terrible night's sleep!
