The cleanliness, standard, general ambience and pleasantness and attentiveness of all the staff The food at dinner on the second night (Friday) failed to live up to expectation, especially after the wonderful meal the night before. |

Centrally and ideally suited forwhat I require from a Hotel in Plymouth, I can walk to everywhere I need. The lack of parking - or even accurate guidance on the subject |

Our hotel room was nicely furnished, the airconditioning just right and the staff were very helpful. The car park! It was very small and unfortunately we couldn't park in it because it was full, which meant we had to park 10 minutes walk away in another car park. |

Pleasant staff. Efficient organisation.Good city location. Room comfortable and well appointed for hotel in this range. Lack of clear directions to excellent nearby parking. Poor dropping off arrangements lead to wandering the infamous Plymouth road systems before getting settled. |

Location was good and there was plenty of space in the room which was clean and quiet. Staff were generally helpful. Bar service was inconsistent - quite often there was a sign on the bar stating that if service was required please ask at reception! Even then it took a long time coming and resulted in queues building up,if the bar is going to be open all day for coffees/snacks/drinks it should be adequately manned - this doesn't detract too much however from what was a very pleasant stay - I've stayed here several times and been quite impressed,Plymouth is not known for good hotels so this is encouraging. |
