Easy to find. within walking distance to bars and restraunts
noisey, looking into flats.
The only set back was the availability of parking spaces and the timings. Can it be done electronically so it is available to customers on a 24 hrs.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere at bar made it a nice place to chill in evening. Staff were all very helpful. Room (standard twin) was well-equipped and very clean.
No parking at hotel. We parked for free in a side street, a 15 min walk away.
Hotel was very nice and as i am a fan of the barbican when staying in Plymouth, the location is brilliant!!
Only fault i have to give are the curtains in the bedroom, they let waaaaay to much light in. This is the reason for my poor sleep selection above.
Good for the attractions, very well situated.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and excellent value for the price paid.
The early morning alarm call that was booked with reception didn't happen
It was goodies to have an alcoholic drink and a Costa Coffee
We didn't likes the room as essential quite basic forward the price
Car park access isn't clear or straight forward
- city centre location (close to barbican & hoe) - friendly staff - clean, comfortable room - good facilities
very close to barbican . air conditioned and lovely clean bed
The small window tiny room toilets right next to bed
Good location Friendly staff Good food
No fitness facilities Wi Fi connection too weak. Needs improving.
Good value for money, breakfast, central location clean
Clean, comfortable, quiet.
Rooms too hot and air con kept switching itself off.
Overpriced and not value for money for one night, but it was either this or nothing.
Convenient for marina
The double room was small and tired changed to a twin room which was bigger. Cleaning staff sat chatting on the floor in a group in the corridor our room was in which was all rather odd.
Pleasant and helpful Staff. Relatively good position, but, in a slightly dour and scruffy surround, not the hotel's fault.
The breakfast help yourself 'bun - fight'
Location of hotel is very conventient.
Wi fi connection is poor
The staff, the bar and lounge areas, and the general facilities. Everyone of the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
There was nothing we did'nt like.
Free WIFI ice and water machine on every floor parking close by central location
air con didn't work overnight Breakfast could have been better - more choice, better quality
Hotel is very very close to our coach station to London Nice location within the city of Plymouth Hotel is clean. Staffs are helpful. Enjoyed our stay Woul come back again with my grandkids
Wi fi connection was poor..
location, room facilities, no fuss.
Hotel staff extremely helpful. Ice machine.
Me and my girlfriend were away for a romantic weekend... casually having sex when a bouncer knocked the door threatening to kick us out. A romantic weekend away with a do not disturb sign on the door and then being disturbed by an extremely rude guy is not what I expect.
