convenient city location close to station, clean and nice well decorated rooms, bathrooms and communal areas. Felt safe as admittance to lift with room card only. bed linen could have been more luxurious was a bit thin, not enough complimentary tea coffee etc. in room. no bathfoam or soap had to use from large shower gell/ soap high up on wall. Breakfast orange juice was very very weak, cooked breakfast luke warm. Service in bar during afternoon bad, no one there should have a bell or something for service if they don't want to man it. |

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Sheffield with good adjacent car parks. It is well designed with good facilities and pleasant staff. A small point, but the box of tissues provided in the bathroom was empty. |

I reserved this room for a member of my company and his only comment, was that there was no shaver socket in the bathroom and he had to borrow an adapter from reception, with a deposit of £5, which was apparently more involved than actually registering and checking out! Apart from that, he was happy with the hotel. |

Location and Value for Money.Breakfast was good quality and value at £7.50.Staff were helpful. Some traffic noise. Parking was not obvious in the adverts for the Hotel Bar and restaurant area seemed very uninviting. Rooms seemed smaller than other Jury Hotels i.e Birmingham, Southampton and Croydon |

The sheet did not fit the bed i.e. too short to tuck in both ends and so moved during the night. The duvet had no closing end on it and duvets are not made to be tucked in so, once untucked and used correctly, again, the cover slid up off the duvet during the night. Food in the restaurant was a bit on the expensive side... |

The hotel is central to the city and was within walking distance of the main transport links. The rooms are comfortable and clean and overall the hotel offers a good service with pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant food was well above average. The hotel location whilst central is also in an area that is a little run down. Local restaurants advertised by the hotel give the impression that they are just round the corner but they are not. However, the hotel restaurant was very good quality. |

Very noisy at night. Got very little sleep due to people coming back in the early hours from nightclubs. Twice the staff had to come to nearby rooms to tell people to be quiet. |
