Spacious room with a good shower effective temperature control and comfortable bed. Pleasant and effecient staff. My single bar meal was good. All you would expect from a modern hotel of this type. The hot breakfast counter requires attention. The less than fully effective bain marie arrangement, the poor plate warmer and the air conditioning combine to keep the food at best only just warm. The staff accepted there were problems that needed to be looked at. The food itself was fine, it just doesn't stay hot. The cold is fine, if a bit limited. |

From check-in to our departure the staff could not have been more helpful. They were professional, polite yet unobtrusive making our stay a pleasure. |

I was able to check in early on the day of my stay which I was pleased with. There was no mini fridge in my room and was the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one. |

Conveniently situated and clean. Should have somewhere to park at main entrance to unload luggage...main entrance would have been better at the side or rear of building. Should have better facilities for coach parties as this was very frustrating during check in when I arrived at the same time as a coach party of guests. |

It was close to the town, clean and easy to find, staff were very friendly. There was no parking and a charge to park in what looked like an unsafe car park accross the road. Expensive for small family room. |

The hotel is neat and situated bang in the centre of the city with easy access to restaurants and train station. The rooms were clean and big. It was the cosiest stopover we've had thus far! thanks |

Convenient location in the centre of Swindon. Pleasant bar area with reasonable bar prices. At £50 this is a normal hotel at a normal price. Room was quite small but well equipped with 32" flatscreen TV with full freeview channel selection, safe and coffee making facilities etc. Building works next door started at 8am but no mention on website of this. Hotel has no car park and only option is to leave in a public car park that is not safe. Would definitely not leave my BMW there. WiFi internet access is very expensive - we should be getting it free in this day and age. |

Having just been built everything was very new and clean. When I arrived back at the hotel at 1am I had difficulty getting in, as the reception desk was temporarily unmanned and you are unable to open the external door yourself. I found this quite poor as I was a female alone in a city centre stood outside waiting, however it was for only 5 minutes. |

Location. Double room a little on the small side. The bedlinen smelt very musty and damp. I asked for this to be changed. No apology provided. It was, but the second set was no improvement. Nothing like nice fresh smelling bedlinen in your room, every time I moved in bed I was wafted with this horrible smell. Hospitality tray meagre. |

The location is great, The breakfast was of a high standard with good presentation. Staff did not appear to be fully trained in customer care. The music in the bar area was very heavy metal, which I presumed belonged to a member of staff and was being piped through the hotels system. There was not an electrical shaving point in the bathroom. No large bath towels only two sizes, one hand and one small bath towel. |

The bed was very comfortable and modern rooms. Because the hotel was just opened, there seemed to be some teething problems. Food, wasn't same as menu. Couldn't pay for drinks after 11, something to do with Licence. |
