Great location, really clean room and cheap rates. It was fortunate I wanted to use this hotel as a base and was out partying both nights as it has a lot of hen and stag do's staying there and people running down the halls after 2am and shouting....also the walls were mega thin as we heard the 30 second wonder next door, we gave him a huge round of applause when he managed 40 seconds the next night.

Everything about the hotel was good, especially considering the cost I paid for the room via your website. The only down I found was outwith the hotel it's self. There is no hotel car park and after a long journey to get there, the hotel uses a car park that you need a map that the hotel give you to get there. It looks complicated and if a late arrival and you have to unpack, then go out again, find the car park and them find you r way back to the hotel, as I don't know Leeds well I found this prospect daunting, especially as it it a very busy main road you have to drive on to get to and from the car park. Hotel staff were lovely. Car parking arrangements stated above. Just for you info this is a pay car park. I will use booking.com again.

This is the second time we have used this hotel. Upon arrival, the young man who checked us in offered us a choice of floors and as we preferred a high floor, we were able to have the top floor. He also mentioned a special £5 all you can eat breakfast buffet (hot and cold) which turned out to be the best fiver we have ever spent! The room wasn't big, but adequate and both room and bathroom were extremely clean. The hotel has air con in the rooms too! Our bathroom had a tub as well as a shower which we prefer and are not always offered. Good city location, being a five minute walk into the shopping areas. We can certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly be using the Jury's again.

Good location, very easy access to Museums, Galleries, Shopping Locations & Restaurants. Hotel in general and room were clean and well-kept. Staff seemed either in a rush or disinterested and were unhelpful. Several complaints about the room being cold (which it very much was) were ignored until another member of staff was able to send a portable heater up. Breakfast was good value, but some items were not thoroughly cooked. Our view was particularly beautiful; the brewery and several piles of brick and scrap metal.

I really liked the location of the hotel as it was central to everything in terms of shopping ,eating out going to the theatre etc .It was located in a lovely up built spot which had the benefit of having cares ,restaurants and shop for the essentials in its own little enclosed complex. The views from the hotel whether you are inside or sitting outside are scenic with the little bridge to walk over to access the central part of Leeds .On a summers day if you just want a chilled and relaxed stay you don't even have to venture anywhere as everŷthing you require is there.I Would recommend taking the train or the coach as the hotel is literally 5 minutes away from each station and the fares for either route are such good value for money .Iwould highly reccomend this hotel despite it having an offer on at the time I stayed ,I would definitely go again and pay the standard price. The breakfast is included and you couldn't ask for more ,there's an abundance og choice ranging from a full cooked breakfast to continental .We were not disappointed . The only recommendation I would make is to ensure especially during the cold months that the rooms are slightly warm ,although there is facilities for heating it took a good half an hour to warm up the room .

The design of the building is nice and modern and when entering at reception because of the amazing layout you have high expectations about your room. It is within walking distance of the city centre which makes the location convenient. The room was very cold. The towels were dirty. The carpet was stained. The shower gel is very poor quality so luckily I brought my own. The interior is quite old fashioned so it doesnt match that of the building and reception area

Quiet, clean, friendly and surprisingly cheap on this occasion - I've used this hotel on business in the past and paid more for less. The hotel appeared to be having a problem with heating although nothing was said on registration - I noticed portable heaters in the restaurant and elsewhere, before realising that the heating in our room wasn't working. We weren't particularly cold, and as we only stayed one night didn't mention it to staff - perhaps we should have.

Nice hotel not too far from the city centre and easily walking distance. Room was clean and what you would expect and staff were helpful although I only dealt with them at check in and check out. Id stay there again, the only down side I would say is that parking is about a 15 min walk away from the hotel but on the positive side it was a nice well lit car park which was better than on street parking.

Good location, great views if you're on a high floor. Nice room and very comfy bed. Air conditioning never really warmed up but I was given a portable heater as a replacement - a nice touch.

The location was very good and at this time the hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were cold and there was a smell in the room as though there was problems with the drains but other than that the room was very clean and I would use the hotel again, but would request another room if staying longer than one night.

Location was convienant , room was clean. Member of check in staff very unfriendly, it was mid december and room freezing and it took ages to warm up, poor staffing as it was the same person acting as bar person and also took food orders and then had to go to kitchen to collect it while people waiting to order drinks, found it all very frustrating. was attending family funeral in leeds so it was a convienant locatio we thought but of course no close by car park, would not stay againj
