Triple room is a double bed plus a single. This is a family room in every other hotel I've stayed in. Very average breakfast. Very noisy if you have a room to the rear.

We had booked a triple room months in advance but when we got to the room, although the room was only set up for 2 people. When I called reception to ask for more towels, mugs and glasses, she claimed that only the rooms on the lower floor had been equipped for 3 people - strange that they know 3 of us were arriving yet they didn't set up the room. The extra things then took over 15 minutes to arrive. My main gripe is when the receptionist took a swipe of my card on arrival to "hold" funds in my account - I was not informed that they would hold an extra £40 on top of the room rate - so when I went to the cash machine before eating out, I was £40 short - luckily my friends could help me out but I think reception should inform you of this to avoid any embarassment.

I liked being able to eat in my room...... :0) Lovely big room, nice big bathroom. Having to collect my own tray of food. But hey ho......no big deal.....:0) Would have preferred a room at the front of the hotel and not over looking the canel and apartments

This is a fairly central, corporately designed and run box set, of above average comfort. Not a single decent beer in the place. All national brand shelf fillers - this in Manchester! The staff were individually charming but gave the impression of being behoven to the machine for which they worked. Check-out took 20 minutes while other receptionists were busy inputting the data for something more important. The wrong side dish at dinner was greeted by cheerful agreement that it was not what it said but no intention to change or refund. And they charge £ 10 a day for wi-fi.

The hotel was well located with very good staff on reception. Went to watch a football match and hotel was ideal for what we required. The room was a bit small. We had three adults travelling and booked a room for 3 guests which had only 2 beds

Bar was good fun Be careful when giving your security deposit,on check out I paid for the room in full then realised that they did not return my security deposit I put it on visa and after five phone calls to the hotel they said it takes 3 working days to release the deposit I have never heard of this before still waiting on my deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was very nice when I complained about the noise I was upgraded to superior room which I didn't need but it was nice The superior room was really really noisy (overlooking a major junction and railway!)and I had specifically requested a quiet room. Collegues were placed at the back of the hotel overlooking the canal.

Location. Not what you expect from Jurys.Corridor to bedrooms was FILTHY.Room on the small side.(If sitting at desk your chair is against the bed).Damaged walls and skirting boards.A Used towel sitting on the bath when I arrived.Air conditioning was on constant heat despite adjusting control panel.Noisey from 12-2 in yard outside where staff were working. When I complained I was asked."What can we do,we had new carpets fitted today so what do you expect, its only fluff". After that response I did'nt look for answers on other issues needless to say.................Not what I expect from a Jurys Inn.Never again!!

Very very dissappointed on the room, we requested a triple room expecting 3 single beds, the hotel did not have any rooms that had 3 beds, so we had to pay a ridiculous price for something that was not satisfactory. IN additition if a room is for 3 persons, why only have facilities eg CUPS etc for only 2 persons? There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling near the window, dirt on the walls near the sink in the bathroom.

Rooms were very clean and had comfy pillows. We stayed in a triple room yet there was only 2 cups for coffee and 2 spare pillows, room should have had all facilities for the 3 of us.

The hotel is comfortable, convenient for the city center and very reasonable, we paid £59 for a double room which we thought was a great price for a Saturday night in Manchester. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, we also noticed that we were not disturbed by noise from the corridors/other rooms at all during the night so would highly recommend the Jury's Inn for a great nights sleep.
