Location was excellent, easy to get to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was ok!, but possibly due to the fact we only arrived 10 minutes before it was due to finish.

Location I paid £77 for the first night and £99 for the second. Had they said £88/night then it would not be an issue. As it stands, I consider I paid £22 extra for the room I was already using on the second night. I would suggest they review this policy. I will not use them again.

Good, comfortable, clean hotel! Staff very pleasant and more than willing to assist! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mr Gary Mills was most helpful when I had a pricing query! Lack of hotel car parking facilities. (Expensive public car park only, even with discount,

It was a beautiful place to be and spent a night. Their receptionists were sharp, concerned and soft spoken. They knew their job and were very welcoming. Their first impression is excellent . I am a football lover and I can't understand why I could not watch sky sport in my room unless I went to the bar. That was absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, that I had to pay extra for a car park was not funny.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we chose it because it was close to the GMex centre which we visited for a craft fair. The receptionist very thoughtfully gave us a room on the 6th floor away from the possible noisy football fans. We thought the room was a little on the small side.

the rooms were very clean and tidy , and decor was impressive for a three star, breakfast was excellent! , staff were brilliant and helpful , would definately reccomend to a friend and would stay here again the only thing that wasnt made clear was car parking , however i should have checked this out before arrival , more my own fault than the hotel , just needed more guidance ,we parked in a small car park before arrival and got charged high rates, where as the manchester central car park, the hotel has discount ,and car park provides 24 hour parking

Really liked the breakfast - it was well presented. Lovely food. Everything was there we wanted/needed and easy to find. We offered our compliments to the chief. Staff were very efficient and polite. We liked the fact that breakfast went onto 11.30 as it is rare we are able to have a lie in and still catch breakfast when we are away. The fact that we didn't need to leave the room until midday - was a bonus too. The room was very comfortable. The lobby area was smart. The staff on reception were very helpful. We felt the bathroom was 'uncomfortable' as it was large but everything was set up for a disabled person i.e. low level basin, old style bath with disabled handrails. The only real negative was that the hotel didn't have a carpark and the closest one cost £18 for the night.

Canal side location within minutes of the city centre. Excellent value for money and although being a chain hotel, there staff promote a very homely and friendly atmosphere which is why I return to Jury's Inn Manchester so many times. Not applicable !

Staff were extremely helpful, especially on the checkin desk. There was no part of my visit I disliked - other than the price of drinks in the bar but that's being really picky!

The location was ideal. The window cleaner on his hoist in office block next door, he woke me up. The only other issue we had was at breakfast, we were not on the list so had to wait while it was checked out with reception.
