Had to change room at 4/5 am due to rowdy group next door, disturbed sleep let it down a bit!

Location.

The walls were paper thin. We were kept awake for several hours by our neighbours talking and they weren't even being particularly loud

beds are comfortable. sheets are really crisp and clean.

Clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated and cosy rooms. Great location for shopping, dining & train station. All for a great price.

it's a tiny thing: we used all our little milks and went to the front desk to get more and they were out and sent us to the bar. At the bar, the girl working there told us they never have the little milks and told us to go to the front desk. Communication could be better between staff members.

Reception area has a really good buzz, well designed to give a bustling feeling

food is not very good. I ordered salmon and it came on a huge bed of tagliatelle with about a pint of cream in the sauce. It was served with garlic bread which I don't think was a good choice.

The room was a good size and it was kept to a good standard. The breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety of foodstuffs. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby parking at a reasonable tarrif.

Minor annoyance waiting ages to be served whilst staff polished glasses instead of manning a busy saturday evening bar.

Good location of hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so as to avoid hotel dining.

It was well run. The information provided was appropriate and clear. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and so were the shared areas. The way the rooms were allocated ensured that everyone got what they wanted.

Even on the top floors there was noise from the restaurants below.

Got separated from other friends. Staff said that this is because boys and girls go on different floors. This was not true as my group of make friends were opposite a group of girls. Makes no sense. If worried about noise etc. just means we had to run across the hotel to get to our friends. Disrupts other guests more if anything. Disappointed.

Staff very helpful and lovely welcome. Central to what we needed. Conference facilities are good.

I have been to this hotel a few times now and feel the rooms, especially the bathrooms are (though they are clean) looking old and a little shabby.

I would suggest you have a question when booking whether you'd like a quiet room or whether you are out in Milton Keynes for a night out. Having a security guard knock on your door when we were all in bed having a chat telling us to keep the noise down was like being in halls at school. We weren't even talking loud so I found this highly offensive and felt like I was a child even though we are all in our late 30's.

The staff on the reception were not people friendly at all. Didnt want to help with any queries and the room to me looked like a room u would expect in a b and b not in the jurus inn. I have stayed at the jurys inn in different parts of the country and I can say that the one in milton ketnes is kot ad good ad the others around the country

Open space and airy feel, loads of lifts, central. Would stay again.

Why on earth in 2013 do you charge for internet.. totally unnecessary. !!!!!!! I stay all over europe and uk frequently and even in the most budget hotels Internet is free. Lets the hotel down as everything else is good. Come on stop penny pinching and focus on a good customer/business experience. .

Hotel very clean, good sizes of the room. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Staff kind and helpful. Close to a big shopping center and station.

It would be nice if all the chewing gum stuck outside at the entrance of the hotel was removed. It is a shame to have a very clean and nice hotel and to see this outside.
