Service was great Location was great
Bathroom could have been cleaner, there were clumps of hair on floor !
Location and price. I was able to walk everywhere and being the first time at the Newcastle Jurys spotted it from the train coming in Best thing of all though by far : the curved shower rail in the bathroom...never seen one before and wondered why it's not an industry standard
10p per minute for wi fi
It was generally good all round
...apart from a few noisy party goers but that can't be helped
Great service, great value, friendly staff who pointed me in the direction of hotspots of Newcastle, brilliant stay, thankyou
Reception staff were inconsistent, first one informed us that everything was included when we paid on arrival, second one guessed the outstanding amount and then couldn't get a printer to work. Porridge was awful, cold and not cooked.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the buffet was constantly being monitored and replenished even although the hotel was really busy.
It is not just Jury's Inn - I wish more hotels would offer rooms for three with three single beds as opposed to a double and a single or worse a double and a fold up bed.
Bed was very soft and my partner felt like he was falling out of bed. Toilet seat fell down every time you flushed the toilet
We went to see ant and dec at metro arena.jurys inn is in an excellant location for the arena.just across the road.loverly clean smart hotel.will stop again been here twice now
The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and all the main pubs, clubs and shops. The staff were very friendly and helped us when we needed it. I will be back to stay here.
Its a little noisy with people coming in to the hotel in the early hours but I only heard the noise for a few minutes so not a major problem for me.
location excellent for city
no parking but it the city centre
The restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was comfortable and the hotel near the station.
the bath was a bit high for getting in and out. It was a little noisy.
I thought the hotel was fantastic for the price we paid.
The corner of the bed sheet hanging down to the floor from being torn. The hotel was noisey during the night but that was expected as it was bank holiday in a city centre
The hotel is on a major intersection and the traffic noise is 24/7 almost. Room was hot but opening the window wasn't an option because of the noise.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only dining we did was breakfast and that wad good.
Liked the atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone very helpful and friendly.
Would have liked to open the window to get some air into the room. Inside slider on window appeared to be jammed.
had to pay very dearly for wi-fi. Not very good for a big hotel. Wi fi is now widely available in the smallest B&Bs
To noisy during the night due to a hen party that went on well into the early hours, this led to a poor nights sleep.
The staff were very helpful whilst dealing with a large group of people staying for the weekend. The hotel separates the groups and other visitors very well in my opinion.
Nothing to mention from our stay.
The professional serviced being offered to us. The location and the cleanliness of the room and value for money. Everything are excellent.
Although we arrived early due to an early flight the hotel manager still accomadated us and gave us an early check in! The staff were really friendly and couldn't be any more helpful! Taxi service with hotel was great and cut back taxi costs as they had set rate with company for airport!!
Food was a bit over priced for what we got but the gate is less than ten minute walk away! All in all good hotel!
Closeness to city Very quiet at night Helpful staff
Lack of parking in the hotel The shower equipment (not detachable )
Everything was first class
clean comfortable central location
bar was a bit pricey
Excellent location, 3 mins walk from Railway Station. Excellent value for a room with Single & Double bed.
1. Location. 2. Friendliness of staff
1. Ironing board had to be changed due to cover adrift, had to ask twice for a replacement ! 2. Car parking situation having to pay £8.00 per day.
Location Value for money Excellent food
A little noisy
