The staff were friendly, it offered everything we needed, great breakfast, nice bar area. We had food early evening and it was delicious. Breakfast offered everything you need. Couldn't fault anything. Would definately recommend Jury's to friends and family.

We travelled from edinburgh for a concert and the location of jurys from the train station and the arena was excellent and so easy to find. The staff were friendly and effecient. Will definately be staying there again for future concerts

It is very near to the train station, the Arena, which was where I wanted to be and the town centre. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I think the WiFi is very expensive (5£ 1 hour 10£ 24 hours) so I didn't use it. Would have used it if it was cheaper.

The opportunity of having a quiet room especially on the Friday night. The room was spacious, very clean and fresh looking with a large comfortable bed. All staff were very friendly. A great choice for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the fruit salad selections. There was a little bit of noise in the restaurant on the Saturday morning, from a group of party goers having fun, but this was dealt with calmly and efficiently by the manager before it got too loud.

The hotel was fabulous, we arrived there early due to our early morning flight, we asked at reception about putting our suitcases in the luggage room to be told that our rooms were ready and we could check in, this was roughly 8.30 in the morning, the rooms were all lovely and spacious, bathrooms were lovely and also bar and breakfast was great, will for certain stay at a jury's inn again.

Everything,staff polite and friendly,breakfast excellent,rooms spotless.requested a quite room as read it was popular with stag and hen partys,it was but was given a room on 7th floor and had no noise or bother.perfect 5minute walk to arena and 1minute walk to town,close to station.all in all a perfect weekend couldnt fault a thing.

clean pleasant staff good location for city. breakfast very busy and chaotic .Trying to find the end of the queue was a nightmare as joined all the way round the breakfast island.People getting very aggitated when they thought people were pushing in but new comers were unable to get in.The situation should have been managed to reduce anger and stress.
