Just felt so special
Bed was comfy slept soundly :)
Excellent location for our visit to the metro radio arena. Would use again.
Asked for the extra pillow which wasn't delivered
everything was pleasant
The guys playing skeletonwitch in the room next door.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely as were the other parts of the hotel. Nice and easy to find.
The heating made a racket throughout the night which was quite irritating and there was no where near enough milk supplied in room.
Always stay at jury's when in Newcastle friendly staff, great stay oversll
Everything was fine
The room was nice
The payment process was terrible and I am very annoyed by it.
Free wifi Room service was quick Breakfast fine
Tried to get through to reception 4 times but no reply to my call Dusty table base on table in room In my room overlooked by lots of offices No TV remote Air lock in pipe in neighbouring room woke me early Off site parking was chased by man for £7.00 payment- was not clear that this was to be paid upfront first- it was a car wash shared with a garage and so pavement very unstable. Bathrooms tired .cheap loo roll!! Would not stay again
Friendly staff very welcoming!
Very comfortable staff very helpful and cheerful nothing seemed to be a problem Excellent value for money Breakfast was superb
lovely interior reception and bar area, staff very friendly. Close to the train station and the arena which was why my stay here was needed.
The bed is very soft if my partner turned I bounced about.. like a waterbed ! When the window was closed it had an loud whistling noise in a gap we couldn't find (with the wind), we couldn't stop it.. It was also very noisy with the room over-looking a busy road. ....Poor sleep!
cleanliness, bar, staff, location
pillow was a little hard
The hotel is very central to shopping centre & bars :) the hotel is basic but satisfactory, good security outside the hotel. Taxi rank outside hotel door, taxis very cheap :) I would stay here again :)
We had booked four rooms which we wanted twin beds, I had contacted the hotel direct also for this request, which unfortunately they did not honour.
The location of hotel, most staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Staff (1 member) at breakfast were unhelpful, you have cards on tables saying, anything you need just ask. When asking this member of staff to refill the milk jug at the tea station she pointed to the milk at the cereal station and said "its there" Another guest who was standing beside me at the time commented that she had much of the same when asking for skimmed milk, she was told milk is milk. Not really a great result on such simple things.
the staff were friendly and helpful, very handy for the train station which is what we wanted.
car parking didn't realise that you had to have your ticket stamped to get discount this made parking expensive
Lovely room and we'd a very nice meal in the hotel
Nothing it was all good
The location and nice comfy bed
Room service - over priced and cold on arrival .
The friendliness of the staff. The comfort of the room. Location. .
The basin in the en suite was cracked and posed a risk of a cut to the hand. The food in the bar was nice but we had to wait a long time before arrival, we nearly missed the start of the show we had come to see in Newcastle. The breakfast was fine apart from when my wife ordered a poached egg. It took for ever to arrive and when it did the yolk was more than hard with no white surroung it.. Very disappointing!
Price and location
Poor showers and bathroom facilities
had a powercut for a hour on the friday night which postposned pir night out and was not informed when the power would return
