Good location, large room, reasonable price. Food was a bit lukewarm. Stupid car-park arrangement.

We visited our friend as she has Cancer is undergoing Chemo /therapy and Radio/therapy. I am so glad that there is such a Hotel that helps people who have to have treatment in the Southampton General and also I thought it was a great idea to have a room where we can talk and have a drink etc with our loved ones having treatment. I highly recommend your hotel and I will definitely stay there again whether it is to support family/friends or just passing through. Thank you.

Location across from park with a pleasant and short walk into town. Restaurants are close. Rooms nice, modern, and reception were helpful. Good value for money We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was poor. A buffet was set up with a limited range and low quality, and service was extremely slow. This was the only problem with the hotel, so stay there and eat outside!

Hotel staff were excellent, polite and prompt. The location was good and it offered parking. Our room was clean and tidy and I thought it offered good value for money in this day and age. All in all very happy and would 100% stay there again.

Smart appearance from exterior and communal areas. Rooms basic, similar to travelodge, nice enough. My room had an inter-connecting door, which the people In the room on the other side felt like they needed to Continually check it was locked. Breakfast, media- ocre. Inter connecting room door. Thin Walls / interconnecting doors making Noise easily travelable.

The restauant and bar was good - although the bar could have been open a little later. Bath room was poor - how are you supposed to have a bath when the soap dispenser is fixed to the wall? Also a shelf over the sink made it hard to wash my face or have a shave.

The hotel advertised £6 per night parking but we could not find this as the underground parking charged far more. It was only after we had booked in that we discovered that the hotel discounted the underground rates. An email to inform us of this would have been of help.

Not very much...Facillities all ok ..But..Very very limited parking, and no pre-parking availiable....as its basically on a traffic island with the "Car-park" underneath.......I Did not get to see it, as told its full , and had to park our car with our cruise luggage in an mcp across town, next to a Night-Club, with a 10minute walk back thru the town with overnight bags. Everything was ok on return and only £6 overnight Its a feature to mention!! Probably wont return because of this....but otherwise ok

Due to the upgrading of its computer system, we were asked to settle the payment the night before checkout. But the guy made a mistake and I was charged more. Still negotiating with the hotel about that and waiting for the reply. I can't imagine a hotel could make such a mistake!!!

We found the bed much more comfortable than other Hotels which werent Jurys. We could open the window which I find important. We could actually control the air conditioning also very important. We also liked the power being controlled by the access card. Location also very good.

Location, bar and facilites were all very good. The smoke alarm in the room kept making a noise all night. We had no idea where the noise was coming from, until the morning! I was rather irritating and I hardly slept!

Walking distance to shopping centre. Being charged an extra £15 as I was told the hotel was full on Saturday, even though I booked Thursday, Friday and Saturday night reservations over five weeks in advance.

Food was bad in the bar, chilli was bland and watery and overpriced. Avoid, try one of the many local pubs.
