A clean convenient hotel which was very central for all shops and the station at East Croydon. The beds were not comfortable and it should be a help yourself buffet style breakfast as the portions of the hot breakfast served were small to say the least. |

it was very clean - we did not get disturbed by any noise from other rooms or the hallway - the bed was very comfortable - the staff were very nice and helfull. I was disappointed with the breakfast - the bacon etc was not that fresh or tasty plus the pastrys etc were very small and not many available see above plus parking was very difficult as you had to park the other side of the carriageway - this was very difficult for myself as I had to walk back to the hotel alone at 10pm at night I did not want to walk through the subway - very scary for a woman at night or anytime! |

The badroom was very comfortable and clean. I asked for some milk to be bought to the room and it was there very quickly. sadly the member of staff that booked us in was not welcoming and did not smile once. |

The staff were very friendly and the room was perfect for my stay. The only thing was the TV which only had a few channels but you do not watch to much TV when you have other things to do. |

The hotel was very central to where I needed to be which was East Croydon with easy links to Gatwick and London Centre. I found the hotel very reasonably priced for my short visit. |

I have stayed in many hotels and the Jury's Inn was an ok hotel. The parking facilities at the hotel are very poor and expensive, which is why I have given the service and facilities a poor rating. If I do recommend this hotel to anyone I will inform them that your parking facilities are awful. |

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and informative. Good value/quality meal options available. It is our 2nd visit and we would certainly use the facility again.Great transport links to London, at a fraction of London prices. Highly recommended. |

Have stayed here a few times now and have always been happy with the hotel, and this time was no exception. You get what you pay for!!! The breakfast is great, the location is great, too. One word of warning...do not use the taxi company that the Hotel calls from Reception, instead walk 5 minutes to East Croydon Station and pick up a Black Cab....much safer, and they know where they are going!!I used a taxi one evening which the receptionist had called for me and had a cab journey from Hell!! |
