cost was reasonable

better to take a cab then the hotel hopper, not much cheaper. Problems accessing elevator with room key. Shower wasn`t hot. No room safe.

Near Airport and Underground(Piccadiliy line Hatton Cross St.) The room is wide though the charge is cheap. This hotel is inconvenient for the sightseeing of the city. But it is convenient to use it when changing it.

There are neither a cafe nor a shop around the hotel. It is inconvenient at night when the shop of the station premise closes.

Perfectly placed for access to all LHR terminals by tube saving the exhorbitant cost of the shuttle buses. Worked really well for us as our flight was changed the day before from terminal 4 with Continental to terminal 3 with Virgin Atlantic.

The cleanliness and efficient staff at check in only slept overnight so cant really commet on other facilities.

There was only one person on check out in the morning a bit frustratng having to wait 10 mins to check out

The location was very good for somewhere to sleep between international flights

I was given a room with an adjoining room and the acoustics were so bad that I was kept away all night by the person snoring in the next room

Convenience to airport. 24 hour reception for late arrival / early departure

Having to pay seperately for car parking. It was extremely expensive for what was only 5 1/2 hours stay.

The weather was good which was suiting to hotel location.

Front-desk staff efficient and friendly.

Convenience and comfort at a reasonable price

This hotel is functional. You need to be at Heathrow overnight for an early flight. That is its purpose. That is what it handles. For £45 overnight, it is excellent value. The staff service is excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The room was OK - light bulbs had to be replaced, hair dryer did not work. So OK after complaining. Service response to fix the problems was excellent. The restaurant was slow but the food was OK when it finally came. So we skipped breakfast. Minicab taxi (so much luggage) to T3 the other side of the airport was £17. However there is a cheaper, regular shuttle bus for those with less luggage

Somehow it is a fairly depressing scene - even with a blue sky morning. But it is functional and we caught our flight smoothly. It is only for overnight anyway and this hotel does the job. My recollection of other reviews was that they praised the restaurant. We found it passable.
