I thought that the staff made my stay excellent, the main reception staff, the guy who checked us in, and the girl who checked us out could not have been more pleasant or more helpful if they tried. I felt very welcome and happy to be looked after by such pleasant staff and the man at breakfast was also very nice. The staff at breakfast were hard working. Even the bar staff were extremely nice. Obviously I would have liked a hair dryer in the room being a woman but Im sure that I could have requested one at reception. Water could have been available to drink as this costs nothing and its just me searching around for something to moan about. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of friendliness and comfort of the beds was also good. |

Very convenient location to Hatton Cross Station and very close but very quiet to Heathrow Int Airport. Breakfast was a reasonable price at 8.50sterling for the buffet. We arrived at 10pm. When we went to have our showers there was only one bath towel supplied. Tried to call reception to get a second towel and could not get any answer, although 24hour reception. Also the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. The bathroom was clean. |

The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. I unfortunately found the staff to be quite rude at the hotel. I only encountered the staff on two occasions. Once at reception and the other at the bar when ordering food. At reception there was a problem as I assumed that the credit card at been debited at time of booking, but apparently this was not the case. The girl at reception did not try to explain this to me as soon as I said I had already paid she dissappeared for 5 mins and came back with the manager. It made me feel that she thought I was trying to get away with not paying and that I was going to cause trouble which was certainly not the case. When ordering food the bar man didnt seem to want to listen to me, meaning I had to repeat a few times what I wanted to order. I received no thanks at all. I waited quite a while for my meal to come, during this time a waiter came over and abrubtly said "What did you order"! there was no, Excuse Me can I ask what you waiting for, sorry it wont be much longer, Il check on that for you. When it came the waiter wasnt sure if it was vegeterian or meat lasange and was about to lift my knife and cut into it to find out. I lifted the knife and had to do this myself??? The whole customer service experience was wierd to say the least from such a nice hotel. |

Overall its good and will recomend to any one coz its having good access to central london via underground till late night,if i get chance to travel again will defintly stay over there again. They cost you for internet use,TV and break fast which will go higher and higher,so better nt to use net and TV and break fast is also expensive lolz |

How close the hotel was to the underground. The shuttle service to the airport. How quiet the room was considering its proximity to the airport. The computers were down when we arrived (this cannot be helped we understand) and the room we were allocated already had people in it when we opened the door - quite embarrassing! The staff were excellent, handled the problem efficiently and were very apologetic. |

Hotel good value for money. Not far from centre of London. Easy to travel from Hotel on tube and trains. Hotel good layout and very modern. Great for the overnight traveller as close to Heathrow airport. Staff /professional manner. Nice bar and casual restaurant to relax in till 11pm each day. Room did not have a window which could be opened. Like fresh air when sleeping, Had airconditioning but prefer not to have on at night. However, understood needed sealed windows to block out sound of airoplanes going over Hotel. Could not hear planes at all. |

The lobby is very well laid out and gives a positive inpression of the hotel. The attitude and demanor of the reception staff left much to question. The receptionist in question seemed to be from abroad and unaccustomed to customer service ie politness, smiles, please and thank you. I am reluctant to say this but it seems that people of colour get a lesser standard of service than others at Jurys Inn. |

Its location is excellent - easy access by subway (Hatton Cross Station) from Heathrow, and for going downtown. I checked-in at 8 am and was given a room right away. The rooms are soundproof - excellent for catching up on jet-lag and sleep. The bar and restaurant also provides good food at a reasonable price. A bank machine and a small store caters to all your needs. |
